Blueface’s Latest Viral Moment Involves Police On Livestream

The arrest of Blueface quickly began trending after the rapper was briefly detained by police during a chaotic incident in Santa Clarita. While videos of him in handcuffs spread across social media, authorities later determined that no crime had occurred.

Blueface reportedly detained in Santa Clarita

According to TMZ, an emergency call reported severe violence at a Santa Clarita restaurant Sunday night. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded immediately to the scene. The incident unfolded quickly upon their arrival.

Law enforcement sources told the outlet that officers detained several people at the scene. They held rapper Blueface alongside the group while investigating the report. However, after assessing the situation, deputies concluded that the call was an apparent swatting incident and released everyone without making any arrests.

Footage shared online captured the tense moments as police instructed Blueface to step outside the restaurant. His partner, Nevaeh Akira, who appeared to be holding a child, was seen expressing concern as deputies surrounded the area.

Blueface remained calm in the video. He reportedly told Nevaeh to take his phone and head back inside. Then, he walked toward officers with his hands raised. Deputies then handcuffed him while he knelt on the ground during the investigation. Despite the dramatic scenes circulating online, authorities did not arrest or charge the rapper after determining there was no evidence of criminal activity.

The incident marks another police encounter involving Blueface this month. Earlier, he was seen in a viral video at his Santa Clarita home after allegedly kicking Nevaeh, who is pregnant, into a swimming pool. Police also stopped him in San Diego over vehicle equipment violations. In both cases, he was not arrested.

TMZ reported that it reached out to Blueface for comment following the latest incident, but had not received a response at the time of publication.

The livestream fueled fresh speculation online. However, law enforcement findings indicate the situation stemmed from a false emergency report. Ultimately, officials confirmed the rapper engaged in no criminal conduct.
