Freddie Fraser is opening up about a personal realization that came after a major change in his life. The reality star says becoming single gave him the chance to better understand a part of himself he had previously questioned.

Freddie Fraser revealed that he recently realized he is bisexual while appearing on the Not My Bagg podcast. The 22-year-old said the discovery came roughly six or seven months ago, after he became single and started exploring his sexuality.
“I kind of realised I was bisexual maybe about six months ago, seven months ago,” Fraser said, adding that it still feels “quite new.” He also explained that being away from school made the process easier because he no longer felt surrounded by as many opinions about him.
Fraser previously dated Nisha Davenport for three years before the pair split in July 2025. However, the Freddie Fraser sexuality conversation did not begin only after his breakup. He recalled people making assumptions about him when he was younger because of his personality, fashion sense and interests.
As a result, Fraser initially had reservations about publicly dating a man. He admitted that part of him worried doing so would make people think their earlier assumptions had been correct. Still, Fraser ultimately decided those stereotypes should not dictate how he lives his life.
Meanwhile, Fraser is now dating Bailey Ramsden. Ramsden contacted him through Instagram after Fraser had liked some of his photos. They started chatting, went on dates, and quickly connected. Fraser later shared their relationship publicly through an Instagram post featuring the couple together.
Fans know Fraser from The Traitors UK, where he competed during Season 3. The reality competition has continued to expand since his appearance, including its celebrity edition. Fraser, meanwhile, is now sharing a much more personal chapter of his life away from the castle.
