Kelce discussed his wedding during the September 2 episode of New Heights. His brother and co-host, Jason Kelce, joined him for the conversation. The athlete reflected on the celebration at Madison Square Garden.
“It’s a night out we’ll never forget,” Kelce said of the wedding. He said he and Taylor appreciated everyone involved. The athlete also remembered hearing guests share stories about the celebration.
“Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up,” Kelce explained. He added that the entire evening felt “so magical.” However, one special guest made the ceremony even more memorable.
Adam Sandler officiated Kelce and Swift’s wedding after getting ordained in New York. Kelce praised the actor for taking on the important role. He also revealed how much Sandler’s gesture meant to them.
“He has been just the f—ing best person on this planet,” Kelce said. “For him to be up for getting ordained in the State of New York and marrying me and Taylor” was especially meaningful.
Kelce said Sandler officiated the ceremony in his unmistakable style. The actor gave the couple more than they expected. “Knowing that it was the biggest night of our lives, it was absolutely insane,” Kelce added.

Still, Kelce admitted he had one regret about the special night. He wished the celebration could have lasted longer. The evening appeared to pass for too quickly for the newlyweds.
“I wish it could have lasted even longer than it did,” Kelce said. “It felt like it just happened in the blink of an eye.” For Kelce, the wedding remained a night he and Swift would never forget.
