As the drama heats up on The Real Housewives of Miami, some fans predict that Stephanie Shojaee will be a one-and-done cast member. The millionaire real estate mogul recently shared a post to her Instagram that has fans theorizing that she already quit the show. Is there any truth to the rumors? Let’s take a closer look.
A Stephanie Shojaee Instagram post has RHOM fans talking
Although Stephanie seems to have the support of the network, the response to her debut season has left fans divided. Her cryptic social media posts haven’t helped.
Last week, Stephanie shared a series of uploads to her Instagram Stories that raised eyebrows for RHOM fans. In one post, Stephanie shared a clip of herself along with a caption suggesting she wasn’t thrilled with her RHOM experience.
“Join Miami Housewives’ they said … ‘you’ll be fine’ they said,” Stephanie wrote in one post.
Shortly after that, she returned with another post highlighting the Shoma Group, the real estate company she shares with her husband. In that post, she simply wrote, “Shoma is where I belong.”
Does that sound like someone committed to holding a mojito for the next few years? Not really, and fans were quick to call it out in the r/RHOMiami subreddit.
“I could see her ‘quit’ before not getting asked back. If the reunion went bad she may be trying to save face,” one fan theorized.
Meanwhile, plenty of fans theorized that this whole thing was just a stunt to stir up attention. She could be testing the waters to see how fans would react, or maybe she’s angling for a better contract ahead of RHOM Season 8?
“Her wealth is her whole personality, and she takes herself too seriously in a group that is the most delusional. I think she’s just looking to dust up attention for a new contract,” one fan said.
In Stephanie’s defense, a few fans were pointing out how disappointing it would be to see Stephanie come and go so quickly. Some feel like her wealth and ability to annoy the hell out of Alexia Nepola make her a worthy cast member.
Either way, we’ll need to get through Season 7 before looking ahead to Season 8. There’s no telling where Stephanie ends up by the end of things.
