Things have become rather bleak on The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7. Former close friends Guerdy Abraira and Julia Lemigova are feuding. Adriana de Moura seems to be on the outs with everybody, while newbie Stephanie Shojaee threatens to kick her castmates off her private jet for misbehavior. Even sweet Kiki Barth has blocked her former friend Guerdy on Instagram.
Fans are really missing the even-keeled temperament of Dr. Nicole Martin, who opted out of Season 7 after giving birth to her second child. Following the premature delivery of Genevieve Nicole Lopez in March 2024, Nicole took a step back to deal with postpartum anxiety.
Fast forward to a year later and Nicole is living her best life. In 2022, her fiancé Anthony Lopez sold their 9,000-square-foot home to Jeff Bezos’ parents for $44 million. Now he’s purchased a gorgeous seaside home in Coral Gables for $34 million.

Though the couple met in 2015, Anthony and Nicole didn’t put a ring on it until New Year’s Eve 2021. They share two children, but so far haven’t had the time or the inclination to tie the knot, though they do want a destination wedding.
Anthony, a successful Miami insurance attorney, just purchased a gorgeous bayside home in for $34 million. Located in the exclusive gated community of Coral Gables Estates, the property boasts 225 feet of unobstructed waterfront views. Per South Florida Business Journal, the home was previously owned by former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning.
According to PROFILEMiami, the house is full of open living spaces and natural light. Not only does the gourmet chef’s kitchen feature custom cabinetry, but it also contains top-of-the-line appliances. The house has his and hers offices, a gaming and entertainment room and a fully equipped gym.
In addition, there’s an elevator and a four-car garage. In case a hurricane should knock out the power, the home is equipped with an automatic generator, as well as high-impact windows and doors. Best of all, a custom-built wine cellar contains over 2,700 bottles protected by a temperature-controlled environment.
Finally, outside there are spacious terraces where the family can enjoy the scenic water views, a summer kitchen and a bayfront pool. Last but not least, the property has its own dock with a boat lift.
Andy Cohen really needs to reach out to Nicole. These are the champagne life and caviar dreams of the truly wealthy that we’re missing on RHOM. Not only does Nicole have Stephanie’s ex-boyfriend, but she’s just more fun to watch.
