Selena Gomez’s Mother Reportedly Denies Snorting ‘Drugs’ in Office

A publication shared an exposé last week alleging that Selena Gomez‘s mother, Mandy Teefey, snorted drugs in the offices of Wondermind. The article also contained detailed statements from anonymous employees who recounted disturbing incidents involving Teefey. Now, the latter has addressed the drug allegations.

Selena Gomez’s mother clarifies drug allegations, claims report

An exposé was recently published by The Cut reporting on numerous problems that plagued Wondermind’s employees and claims against Selena Gomez‘s mother, Mandy Teefey, and her allegedly erratic behavior. Anonymous employees accused Teefey of disappearing for days, having unpredictable, angry outbursts, and sleeping in her office. The film producer was also accused of being intoxicated at the office, which one employee claimed was her “drug den.”

One anonymous employee alleged that they saw Teefey snorting a line of Ritalin in her office.

However, Teefey denied the allegation that she snorted Ritalin. “Absolutely not,” she told the outlet. She also shared a statement in which she stressed that she started Wondermind to help those suffering from mental illnesses.

Further, she called out the employees who made claims about her erratic behavior. “It’s unfortunate that a few disgruntled employees with an ax to grind can spread lies about me and distort the truth,” she stated. “Even more disappointing that the media is willing to amplify their lies.”

Some employees told The Cut that Mandy Teefey had hallucinated a break-in at Wondermind and that she had sent them a series of texts with typos detailing the same. However, she rejected these claims, noting that the office was in a “very sketchy neighborhood.” “We had a huge homeless community that would roam in and out of our building,” she added.

Moreover, Wondermind’s staff alleged that a “rotation of nurses” and “a second nurse ‘missing some teeth'” dropped by and gave Teefey liquid Benadryl, which she claimed was “Vitamin IV drips.” They also said that she ordered food “multiple times a day” and that her food boxes accumulated and gathered flies. They further claimed that her parcels of designer goods almost filled up a nearby room.

Teefey said that she would only use whatever nurse was sent to her and did not divulge the medication she used in response to claims about a nurse with missing teeth giving her liquid Benadryl. However, she denied the food ordering claims. She stated, “There was no mess of takeout food or delivery boxes, and no gathering flies.”
