Priscilla Presley is currently facing a court battle with her former business partners. Things have gotten pretty nasty, with some outrageous allegations being thrown at the businesswoman. In the latest dramatic twist, Priscilla’s business partners are claiming she had a hand in Elvis Presley‘s death.
Bold new allegations are levied against Priscilla Presley regarding Elvis’ death
Priscilla Presley is currently embroiled in a legal dispute with her former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The pair are suing her for $50 million in damages, based on allegations of fraud and breach of contract. They claim she failed to disclose a 2005 sale of her licensing rights to Elvis Presley Enterprises.
It’s not these allegations that are causing a furore, however. The plaintiffs have also made some pretty sensational claims against Priscilla. According to Radar Online, they have accused her of playing a role in the death of her ex-husband Elvis Presley. In an update to their lawsuit made last week, the pair alleged that Priscilla caused the King of Rock n’ Roll so much stress it “pushed him to his death”.
An excerpt from the lawsuit reads: “Despite enriching herself and extorting millions of dollars from Elvis, she then placed a lien on Graceland on or around April 29, 1977, in the amount of $494,024.49, adding pressure to Elvis less than four months before he died.”
That’s not the only shocking claim in the lawsuit. Priscilla’s former business partners also say she turned off daughter Lisa Marie’s life support against her wishes in order to have control of the Presley estate.
Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, fired back: “Priscilla did not have anything to do with the assassination of JFK, she did not cover up Area 51, she did not fake the moon landing, and she is not secretly keeping Bigfoot locked in a cabin in Canada. Take off the aluminum foil hat and face reality.”
Priscilla has accused her former partners of elder abuse. She is countersuing, claiming the pair isolated her and took control of her finances.
The case continues.
Priscilla isn’t the only one facing a mammoth court battle. Musician Sting is also being sued by his former Police bandmates for millions of dollars.
