Nina Dobrev has seemingly turned to an unlikely source of comfort following her split from Shaun White. The actress is enjoying a sun-drenched vacation with Zac Efron. What better way to get over someone than frolicking on a yacht off the Italian coast?
Nina Dobrev and Shaun White split one week ago
It may only be a week since her split from pro snowboarder Shaun, but Nina is making the most of single life. The Vampire Diaries star was spotted on vacation with fellow actor Zac Efron on Thursday.
While there are already rumors of the pair dating, they were joined by a group of friends on their Italian vaycay. Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Teller were also aboard, as well as Chace Crawford and his girlfriend, Kelsey Merritt.
The pals certainly know how to cheer a gal up. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Nina was seen looking chic while enjoying la dolce vita, taking it in turns to jump into the sea with Zac.
Nina and Shaun had been dating since 2019. They became engaged in December 2024 after Shaun popped the question in New York City. Neither have commented on the split, though a source clarified rumors it was based on disagreements about starting a family.
Zac’s last known relationship was with model Vanessa Valladares. The pair began dating in June 2020, but split 10 months later. Since then, the actor hasn’t been actively dating, choosing to prioritize personal growth.
He said in a 2022 interview with Men’s Health: “I’ve really been taking time to focus on, you know, self-fulfillment and trying to find my groove. I know that probably when I meet the right person, it’s going to be when I least expect it.”
