Taylor Swift fans can rejoice as the singer’s popular docuseries is returning very soon.
Season 2 of The Swift Effect is preparing for release, coinciding with her new album, The Life of a Showgirl. In the show’s first season, we saw a first-hand look at how Taylor built her successful brand, generating billions of dollars as a result. It also examined her deep connection with fans and savvy business mind, making her one of the world’s most influential people.
The original four-part series of this program earned a Daytime Emmy Award nomination this year in the category of Arts and Popular Culture Program. The winner of that award will be revealed on October 17.
The Swift Effect premiere date, time, and streaming options

As with any new Taylor Swift project, this one has a lot of expectations to live up to.
The new episode, titled A New Era, explores how the mega-star redefined the balance of power between an artist, the audience, and the press. It examines how she did this through the lens of audiences, podcasters and big media personalities.
“With each new episode of The Swift Effect, we’re showcasing another layer of Taylor Swift’s influence- not just as an artist but as a force reshaping industries,” said Cody Broadway, who is producing the new season. “This next chapter continues to spotlight the ripple effects of her creativity,” he continued.
Taylor never seems to have any spare time, from releasing a new album to this new docuseries, and of course, planning a wedding with her fiancé, Travis Kelce.
Peacock and the NBC-owned stations’ FAST Channels will be broadcasting the second season of this docuseries.
The premiere episode of season two of The Swift Effect comes out on October 2. Her new album will be available the following day. The show will encore on CNBC and NBC News Now on October 4 and on NBC-owned stations October 5
