Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, media personality, entrepreneur and former actor, will attend Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit. The event will be held October 13-15 in Washington, D.C. Meghan will be discussing the launch of her As Ever lifestyle product line and “navigating entrepreneurship in the public eye and building a brand that will endure,” according to a recent press release.

Other notable summit attendees include former Vice President Kamala Harris. She will talk about her presidential campaign and recently released book, 107 Days. Also, actress and singer Selena Gomez will discuss her Rare Beauty brand. The summit features women from the world’s most influential businesses who will discuss the business landscape and new leadership models. The theme of this year’s summit is Leading in a Dynamic World.
The Most Powerful Women (MPW) franchise started in 1998 with the launch of the Most Powerful Women in Business ranking. This revealed that women needed a platform to come together and discuss their unique challenges. The result is the annual MPW Summit, an invite-only event.
Meghan has had a busy travel schedule in recent weeks, according to People. The Duchess made her debut at Paris Fashion week last weekend, attending the Balenciaga show.
On Thursday October 9, Meghan and her husband Prince Harry attended the World Mental Health Day Gala in New York City. The co-founders of Archewell Foundation received Project Healthy Minds’ Humanitarians of the Year Award for their “commitment to mental health support and building a safer, more equitable digital world for today’s youth and families.”
