Britney Spears’ Official Response to Ex’s Explosive Memoir Is Out

Britney Spears has finally responded to her ex’s memoir, claiming that she held a knife while watching their kids sleeping. Recently, her representative lashed out at the singer’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, for making a series of claims in his upcoming autobiography, “You Thought You Knew.” They stated that the DJ has reportedly been “profiting” off the pop star by making such allegations.

Britney Spears’ rep has responded to her ex’s tell-all memoir

Britney Spears’ representative has given an official response to her ex-husband’s memoir. In “You Thought You Knew,” Kevin Federline allegedly claimed that the mother of two held a knife while watching their children sleep as she stood by the door. The Daily Mail quoted the singer’s rep, who lashed out at her former spouse.

They accused Federline of taking advantage of Spears’ fame by making such claims. Reportedly, he released the allegations after he received the child support money from her. “With news from Kevin’s book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her and sadly it comes after child support has ended with Kevin,” the rep claimed.

Despite the accusations, the Princess of Pop has reportedly decided to ignore and only focus on the welfare of her children. She has two kids, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline, with her ex-husband.

According to another insider, Federline’s tell-all book might not scare the 43-year-old artist. The latter has seemingly confessed and revealed everything in her 2023 memoir, “The Woman In Me.” Therefore, she would avoid rifts in public with her former husband and would take care of her children “during this sensationalism.”

The source further mentioned that Spears does not fear “what comes out in Kevin’s book.” “Her true fans will be on her side, [as] she was able to tell her side of the story already in her book,” they concluded. However, she is concerned about a fallout with her kids if she “talks back on anything Kevin says in the book.”

Federline’s “You Thought You Knew” is set to release on October 21.
