Kamala Harris Calls Out Donald Trump’s East Wing Destruction: ‘Are You F—ing Kidding Me?’

Donald Trump is facing criticism from one of his former presidential rivals over a new addition coming to the White House.

Kamala Harris has come out with harsh criticism of the US President, who plans to demolish the East Wing of the White House for a special project. The President intends to have a ballroom built in that area, something which will cost hundreds of millions of dollars. “I mean, are you f*cking kidding me?” Kamala questioned.

The former US Vice President says he’s creating a ballroom for his rich friends and ignoring other, more pressing needs.

Devoting time, energy and a lot of money to a new ballroom is not the best use of the President’s time, according to Kamala. Speaking on The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart, the 2024 Democratic Presidential nominee expressed concern about what this project will mean to another vital program.

“Babies are gonna starve when the SNAP benefits end,” she began. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides food purchasing assistance for millions of low-to no-income Americans.

The construction of this ballroom was initially estimated to cost approximately $200 million. Renovations have reportedly upped that price to $300 million. Kamala noted that Donald gave Argentina a $20 billion bailout. She adds that the crucial SNAP funding costs $8 billion.

Kamala has previously said that she may want to run for President again in 2028. She could have some competition for the nomination.

For his part Donald has said the ballroom is necessary and will benefit Americans for decades to come. The President fired all six members of The Commission of Fine Arts, a board that oversees architecture in Washington, D.C.

Some new members who align more closely with the President’s policies will be appointed.
