IShowSpeed went all out for Halloween this year, showing up in a very realistic Black Flash costume. He streamed his day on Halloween, live on YouTube, as he interacted with fans. Moreover, the effort and detail put into his costume did not go in vain, as the official Instagram page of DC Studios noticed and reposted his Halloween fit. Let’s take a look at his reaction to the repost.
IShowSpeed says he is a DC fan after studio posts his Black Flash cosplay
Darren Watkins Jr., famously known as IShowSpeed or just Speed, took Halloween quite seriously, and it seems to have paid off. In a clip posted on X, the livestreamer reacts to DC Studios reposting his Halloween outfit on their official Instagram account.
During a livestream on November 4, as Speed was reacting to memes and clips sent to him by his fans, he came across the official DC account post of his outfit. “This was lit!” he repeated and then said, “Y’all know me, I’m the biggest DC fan in the world.” Continuing to speak to his chat, Speed said, “Y’all know me, I’m DC over Marvel.”
He then shared, with a touch of nostalgia, that he read every Flash comic as a child. “So when DC posted me, I was like oh my God,” he added. Giving DC a shoutout, he then continued with his reaction segment on his livestream.
Only a month ago, Speed completed his 35-day livestream, as he took a tour of America with his family in an RV. He ended the stream in Los Angeles, California, and took a two-week break before returning.
Most recently, the third episode of his new YouTube series, presented by Dick’s Sporting Goods and produced by OBB Pictures, came out on October 29. With 3 episodes out, fans have now seen him go head-to-head with elite athletes like Tom Brady, Suni Lee, and Joey Chestnut.
