Alex Cooper is clearly a proud Swiftie and leaves no chance to show her admiration for Taylor Swift. Recently, Cooper featured as a guest for the November 7 episode of Owen Thiele’s podcast, “In Your Dreams.” During the podcast interview, the “Call Her Daddy” host talked about how the pop star’s songs changed her life and that she was the one behind her “sexual awakening for women.”

Alex Cooper’s love for Taylor Swift is evident, as she is often seen praising the singer. The renowned podcaster recently featured as a guest on actor Owen Thiele’s podcast.

As the podcast started, Thiele and Cooper talked about how the setup for the podcast studio was very cute and cozy. They talked about the shows and celebrities featured on the posters in the background. They discussed High School Musical, after which Cooper started singing, and Thiele happily reacted in surprise. The former then added that whenever she received a compliment, her reaction was always a classic, “What?”

As she noticed the “Fearless” poster in the background, she said, “I can’t stop staring and looking at the ‘Fearless’ album behind your head.” The “Call Her Daddy” host then playfully sang a line, “I am driving down the road,” the lyrics of the song by Swift.

She continued, “Those songs changed my life. Like, Fearless was my era of girlhood where I was really starting to like boys.” Thiele chimed in and jokingly asked, “Before you liked girls?”

“Yeah yeah we are getting there,” replied Cooper. She then explained how Swift was her “connector.” She said, “I just really found that I was such a loser and [Swift] was my connector of like, ‘He doesn’t love me.’” The podcaster continued, “But I almost romanticized guys hating me at one point — like I thought it was cool that they were turning me down because then I had Taylor to listen to.”

Thiele then responded, “You were in love with Taylor,” further adding, “Taylor got you through it.” To this, Cooper said, “Yeah, she was my sexual awakening for women.” She then playfully apologized to the pop sensation, “Sorry, Taylor, that’s weird.”
