Bravo is getting ready to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Real Housewives in a major way. At this weekend’s BravoCon, they announced The Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. They’re sending some of our favorite Housewives on the road to celebrate the milestone in the franchise. Hold onto your wigs, because chaos is guaranteed with this one.

According to Bravo’s official announcement for Ultimate Road Trip, the series “commemorates two decades of unforgettable moments, connection, and legacy, while ushering in the next era of Housewives.”
They’ll bring together a group of fan-favorite Housewives and send them on a cross-country trip. They’ll make stops at some of the most memorable locations from the Housewives universe.
The journey will kick off in Orange County, leading up to what Bravo has described as an “epic East Coast grand finale.” We’re imagining a pitstop at Rails Steakhouse before showing up at Blue Stone Manor. Or, perhaps they’ll pay a visit to the newest Housewives in Rhode Island. Wherever they end up, we know it’s going to be iconic.
“Each stop will feature appearances by fan favorites from different cities to pay tribute to the past, embrace the present, and look toward the many miles still ahead,” the synopsis explained.
While there’s no word on which Housewives will be taking the trip, social media is already talking. Some folks believe this could be the gateway to bringing NeNe Leakes back to Bravo. It’s too early to know for sure, but either way, Frances Berwick, Chairman of Bravo and Peacock Unscripted, has fans excited for what’s to come.
“For two decades, ‘The Real Housewives’ has amplified women’s voices, spotlighted their ambition, humor, and strength, inspiring millions with their unapologetic authenticity,” Frances said. “The Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip’ is a love letter to the women who turned a reality television show into a cultural phenomenon — and the fans who’ve been there for every laugh, gasp, toast, and table turn.”
