Bling Empire

Christine Chiu Bling Empire

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills finally cast its first Asian Housewife. Crystal Kung Minkoff has been filming for Season 11. However, there was almost another woman to fulfill that “first” for the show.

Bling Empire star Christine Chiu actually filmed for the show back in the day, but it didn’t work out. She has one version of the story and Brandi Glanville has another about the reason(s) why.

Cherie Chan Bling Empire

There were so many big personalities on Netflix’s new hit, Bling Empire. Between Anna Shay and Christine Chiu, sometimes it was hard for other cast members to shine.

One of my personal favorites fell into that description. Cherie Chan was introduced to us late, right around the time when she was going to have her second baby. Her story line wasn’t a totally unfamiliar one. She was impatiently waiting on longtime boyfriend, Jessey Lee, to pop the question. While she waited, her mother passed away. She also had the couples’ second baby. Who she spent a few episodes believing was the reincarnate of her mother. SPOILER ALERT – the couple ended the season with Cherie romantically popping the question to Jessey. They are now married. Love it!

Andrew Gray Kelly Mi Li Bling Empire

Has anyone else binged Bling Empire multiple times yet? The first season of the Crazy Rich Asians inspired show did not disappoint. There was high drama along with high jewelry. Several of the uber rich cast members actually live in Beverly Hills, unlike everyone on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Although, one could say Erika Jayne is now the closest of the bunch, living Beverly Hills adjacent alongside the out of work actor crowd.

Speaking of out of work actors, no one’s favorite red Power Ranger, Andrew Gray, made quite the splash on the show. His tumultuous relationship with Kelly Mi Li shocked viewers. For example, on a special trip to Paris, Andrew had a full on melt down. He screamed at Kelly over the phone for not waking him up to tell him she was going shopping with billionaire heiress, Anna Shay. This behavior even traumatized Anna, who was one of the most zen cast members on the show. Still, this isn’t stopping the couple from moving forward and talking about big plans they have for the future.

Christine Chiu Addresses Being The Villain On Bling Empire; Slams Anna Shay For Denying She Knew Christine

I’m back with more news coming out of the Netflix hit, Bling Empire. Like I’ve previously mentioned, I’m totally obsessed. I’m also sad that I have no more episodes left to binge.

But now that the whole show has aired, I’ve been getting my fix on all the dramz through cast interviews. We’ve even gotten some updates on where everyone is. Some good, and some that make you want to roll your eyes really hard. But one of my favorite cast members is coming out with her side of the story from filming.

Kim Lee Kevin Kreider Bling Empire

I’ve been busy telling you guys how Bling Empire on Netflix is my new obsession and I’m so sad it’s over. The one good thing about being able to binge a series from start to finish is all the post series interviews. And the cast from Bling Empire is delivering.

We already found out that Kelly Mi Li and toxic on-again off-again boyfriend Andrew Gray are back together. And pretty much everyone from the cast hates it. But while everyone was busy worrying about whether or not these two were making up or breaking up, we might have missed another romance going on.

Anna Shay Bling Empire

I can’t get enough of the new Netflix show Bling Empire. It’s got all the makings of good reality TV: actual wealth, over the top personalities and some serious drama. I love it and wish they had a season two.

One breakout star of the show was the matriarch of the group, Anna Shay. She has a shit ton of money and a quirky vibe going on, which obviously made her a standout. One of the key plot lines to the show was when she whisked friend Kelly Mi Li off to Paris for her birthday. Unfortunately, that meant that Kelly’s boyfriend Andrew Gray came along and it didn’t help matters. After a blow out fight, Anna famously said, “There ain’t no dick that good.” Amen to that.

If you haven’t been watching Bling Empire on Netflix, take this as your sign to jump in right now. I watched all eight episodes in two days and have zero regrets. Ok, one regret: that there weren’t more episodes that I could binge. I obviously enjoyed the show and it was a nice departure from my usual Bravo fare.

One of the central plot lines for the show was the tumultuous relationship between Kelly Mi Li and her boyfriend, Andrew Gray. They were on and off again the whole time and fans got to see a most unpleasant side of him from the go.

Bling Empire was my favorite binge as of recently. I highly recommend the Netflix hit, not just because everyone is talking about it, but because it’s really so good. We finally get to see REAL wealth (I’m looking at you, Dorit Kemsley) and the drama is fresh and different.

One main plot line throughout the show was the on-again, off-again relationship between Kelly Mi Li and boyfriend Andrew Gray. From blow outs in Paris, to couples therapy, the two just couldn’t seem to make it work. Nor could they let each other go. SPOILER ALERT! In the last scene of the show, Kelly showed up at his door and fell into his arms. It was a tad dramatic with his shiftlessness and all, but what made it even more dramatic was just how upset fans were. We really thought Kelly had gotten away and she just went back for more.
