If you are single, last night’s episode of Married At First Sight may make you thankful for your relationship status. Besides trying to portray a certain image for television, everyone is struggling to put their best foot forward in their relationships. But reality is quickly setting in for many of the newlyweds.
The couples, who married as strangers, explore the potential to fall in love in the real world. While some couples are inching closer toward the “L” word, others find themselves barely past the starting line. With only five and a half weeks in the process left, there isn’t much time left. Let’s get straight to the recap!
Deonna McNeill and Greg Okotie tied the knot as strangers in 2019 on Season 9 of Married at First Sight. This couple is one of my all-time favorites. The road to decision day wasn’t a smooth one, however.
Greg had trouble getting Deonna to open up to him. Deonna felt like Greg was always in his head, overthinking everything. Deonna and Greg were discussing expanding their family last season on the Married at First Sight spin off Married at First Sight: Couples Cam.
Just when you thought things couldn’t get any crazier, Married At First Sight comes with more twists and turns. Usually things get interesting when the couples move in together, but not to this level. This season has been riddled with the most drama in the show’s history! Stay tuned, something tells me this is only the beginning.
The newlyweds get a healthy dose of real talk as they meet up with their friends and families for the first time since the weddings. One bride is brought face to face with another significant stranger who will change her life forever. While other couples work to understand accept each other’s differences. Let’s get straight to the recap!
On last night’s episode of Married At First Sight , the honeymoon is literally over! The newlywed couples return to home to begin living together. The pressure of moving in proves to be too much for some, while others enjoy discovering new facets of their new spouse.
There seems to be some obvious cracks in the foundation for many of the couples. This is why I love when the couples move in together. This is the time where people start getting more real and their true personalities start coming out. There are some twists that are revealed in this episode, that you don’t want to miss! Let’s get straight to the Married At First Sight recap!
Whew! Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight was filled with drama. It’s only day four of the honeymoon and this season has been a three ring circus. There was everything from shade, confrontations, runaway wives and hard truths. Just when you think you know what direction things are going, there is a sharp turn. I love it!
The Vegas honeymoon continues for the newly married couples. An unexpected shock, leads to a major blowup. Some of the couples begin to see major differences that they are not sure are sustainable for the future. Let’s get straight into the recap!
Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight was A LOT!!!! I am emotionally drained and all I did was sit here and watch. Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse for a while, they do! I just shook my head, as I watched the crazy unfold.
On their Las Vegas honeymoon, the newlyweds learn more about their spouses. One couple deals with a secret that threatens to destroy their marriage. Personally, I don’t think much groundwork was laid in three days, but the news is definitely explosive! This probably one of the worst situations that has occurred on Married At First Sight. Let’s get straight into the Married At First Sight recap!
At the beginning of the pandemic I went on a serious Married at First Sight binge. Could not get enough of Dr. Pepper-Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson. I binged Season 9 first and was totally mesmerized by the toxicity of the “basic Caucasian sex” between Elizabeth Bice and Jamie Thompson. Then there was Amber Bowles and Matthew Gwynne. I still feel for Amber and hope that Matt’s music career never takes off.
I moved backwards during my binge watch and no season seemed as good as Season 9. That is until I watched Season 5 MAFS in Chicago. Ashley Petta and Anthony D’Amico were perfect for each other. Remember when Anthony had a dream about the letter “A” the night before Dr. Pepper showed up? Just me probably, I remember the dumbest things. But still, they were super cute and one of the few couples from the show to still be happily married. They have more good news too!
Before heading on their honeymoons in Vegas, the Married At First Sight couples have to meet their in-laws individually. Some families definitely aren’t shy about dropping the tea on their loved ones. Things get even more interesting when one bride reveals her husband told her she isn’t his “typical” type. I’m sure you can easily guess which couple I’m talking about.
You have to be crazy, desperate or adventurous to sign up for Married At First Sight. I don’t think I could do it. It’s literally like playing rush and roulette with your life. Especially when every season there is at least one couple who is set up to fail. In this cast there are a few matches I question, but one groom is easily the worst. Let’s get straight into the Married At First Sight recap!
