Lindsay Lohan has a lot of troubles, but I would venture to guess her biggest problem is that she doesn't understand the meaning of the word "honesty."
Lindsayrecently filmed a spot for the Bravo decorating show Million Dollar Decorators where she was seen redoing the home she has subsequently been evicted from because she can't pay the rent. Reportedly Lindsay manipulated the show into furnishing her fabulous Beverly Hills pad into a "princess cottage" then refused to let the film crew in for a final reveal and reportedly stole the furniture!
Bravo confirmed Lindsay refused to film the final reveal. Lindsay “was not available for the reveal shoot, but we were still able to capture the outcome, just like we do for many of the reveal episodes.”
Bravo took a leap of stupidity faith, probably hoping for some big ratings, and shelled out big money to have Lindsay Lohan participate in an episode of Million Dollar Decorators.
All was going fine at first, with Lindsay playing along and filming the process of picking out the approximately $200,000 in swag for her rented mansion earlier this spring. Things went south when the show needed to film the big reveal with the troubled starlet, who blew them off and refused to finish taping the footage needed.
Going ahead without her and filming it at the house was out of the question because the home was reportedly so trashed and messy that there's no way they could recreate the final look. To salvage the episode in the only way they could, the producers were forced to cobble together some post-renovation footage that was taped along the way without Lindsay.
They really can't act too surprised over this. The woman is notorious for being an unreliable, uncooperative mess for the past how many years…

Tonight at 10 pm ET/PT, Bravo premieres its newest show Million Dollar Decorators which gives us a glimpse into the lives and worlds of the wealthy and fabulous.
Million Dollar Decorators follows Nathan Turner, Jeffrey Alan Marks, Mary McDonald, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, and Kathryn Ireland, five of Los Angeles’ highly sought after interior decorators to the rich and famous. The show’s first installment includes an apartment redo for Sharon Osbourne where the deadline for completion is pushed way ahead of schedule to accommodate the hectic filming of Sharon’s talk show.
The new season will also feature a design overhaul for Daisy Fuentes’ home, as well as Martyn transforming Jimmy Choo shoe queen Tamara Mellon’s multi-million dollar New York City penthouse. The drama will follow the decorators as they consult with difficult clients, balance personal lives, compete within their industry, and play just as hard as they work.
And in a recent interview with the Futon Critic,Martyn Lawrence Bullard (pictured far right) makes it known he is very confident in his work. When asked if there’s a competition between him and the other designers on the show, Martyn responds, “Well, I wouldn’t say we run in the same circles. I certainly haven’t seen any of them at Elton John’s dinner table. [Laughs.] When you get to a certain level, there are only so many high-end clients looking for decorators and so quite often you’ll find that you’re going up for the same jobs with other people.”
Martyn does go on to add that “we’re all friends and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Particularly Kathryn, Nathan and I have all known each other for a long time and been together on vacations and weekends away.”
I love how Martyn just name dropped Sir Elton John! Million Dollar Decorators appears to be equal parts Million Dollar Listing, Flipping Out, and (Bravo’s far too short-lived) Top Design with Kelly Wearstler and Jonathan Adler. It seems like the perfect design show recipe to me! Watch a sneak peek below!
TELL US – WILL YOU BE TUNING IN TO MILLION DOLLAR DECORATORS? THOUGHTS ON THE SEASON PREMIERE?
It’s becoming an annual tradition for Bravo as the network has now released the new ‘Summer By Bravo’ commercial!
The commercial features some of the more popular Bravolebrities, over 20, heading off to summer camp – Bravo style – and grooving to Britney Spears’ new single “I Wanna Go.”
Other Bravo stars in the commercial include Kathy Griffin, Kara DioGuardi, Padma Lakshmi, and Patti Stanger. If you recall, this was the same shoot in which some of the Bravo housewives reportedly felt snubbed by Top Chef host Padma, who they say ignored them during the shoot.
During the TCA 2011 Winter Press Tour going on this week, Bravo announced several premiere dates and series renewals on Thursday.
The biggest announcement however came in the form of the widely talked about 6th season of the Real Housewives of Orange County. Bravo confirmed yesterday that it will be returning on Sunday, March 6 at 10pm.
Other big announcements included the return date of Bethenny Frankel’s show Bethenny Ever After (season 2), and the renewals of popular shows The Rachel Zoe Project (season 4), Millionaire Matchmaker (season 5) and Flipping Out (season 5). The recent season finale of Millionaire Matchmaker averaged 2.2 million viewers, the highest ratings ever in the show’s history, so the return is not a surprise.
Additionally, Bravo announced that casting is set to begin on the ninth season of Top Chef and that Top Chef Masters will return later this year for a third season with host Curtis Stone. Other shows renewed include Work of Art: The Next Great Artist. New shows coming this year include Platinum Hit with Kara DioGuardi which will debut this Summer and Rocco’s Dinner Party will air later this year. New series Million Dollar Decorators and Pregnant in Heels are both set to premiere in April.
A list of the shows announced with return dates below –
Million Dollar Listing – February 3 at 9 p.m
The Real Housewives of New York – February 15 at 10 p.m
Real Housewives of Orange County – March 6 at 10pm
Bethenny Ever After – February 28 at 10 p.m
Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen will also be moving to new nights, Tuesdays and Sundays, though no official date was announced for the move.
