David Alan Grier recently talked about his Dancing With The Stars weight loss. The actor told US, “I’ve actually lost 26 pounds.  The first day I came in, I was like, ‘I’m not going to lose weight – we’re waltzing!”

David’s extensive dancing routine includes 3 hours of daily aerobics with his dancing partner Kym Johnson. Kym adds, “You’re burning a lot more calories because you’re actually moving your whole body, as opposed to doing just weights.” Grier says he had also been on a strict diet of egg whites, fruits, and yogurt.
