In just three weeks after Us Weekly reported that Ed Swiderski had two girlfriends when he proposed to Jillian Harris on The Bachelorette, his complete email exchanges with Lindsey Johnson and Bethany Steffen are now online.

RealitySteve.com blogger has revealed the full contents of the multiple emails that took place between Ed and his girlfriends, right before and during the filming of the Bachelorette.

One of the most shocking comments made by Ed came 3 weeks before he left to film the show. Ed assured then girlfriend, Bethany, not to worry. “You worry too much!” he wrote. “You know I never took this thing seriously. In addition, I’ve let the director know that I would be doing the show for the wrong reasons as I am not, in any way, attracted to the chick.”

More of the emails are revealed below –

Babe: this is great email. And I appreciate it.

You worry too much! Let’s talk about it in person ok?

You know I never took this thing seriously. In addition, I’ve let the Director know that I would be doing the show for the wrong reasons as I am not, in any way, attracted to the chick.

It’s still about a 25% chance of me going, though it’s seriously the last thing I’m thinking about right now…

And honestly I have not had fun since I’ve been here…it really has nothing to do with her anyway. In fact we only have seen her a few times.

I think about you all the time and can’t wait to see you.

I’m letting them know tonight. Hopefully they’ll get me home tomorrow.

RealitySteve raises some interesting questions regarding the contents of these emails. One is why was Ed allowed to bring his cell phone and notebook on the show? A big rule of the Bachelor/Bachelorette series is the contestants are not allowed to have their cellphones or any outside connection to the outside world. Did Ed get a great deal with the producers because he had cold feet about doing the show, and this was their way of “bribing” him into doing it?

Another big question is if Ed really told the producers he was doing the show for all the wrong reasons, then why did they still allow him to be a contestant? Knowing this show is one meant to find love for Jillian Harris.

Either way, Jillian has made up her mind about her fiance. She still plans on moving to Chicago to live with Ed next week.
