OC Housewife Lynne Curtin & Husband To Divorce?

Could a divorce be on the horizon for Lynne Curtin and husband Frank Curtin? According to RadarOnline, the answer is yes.

Radar is reporting The Real Housewives of Orange County star threatened Frank that she is going to file for divorce. One of the reasons being due to their recent financial meltdown. We have previously reported Lynne and Frank received an eviction notice, due to unpaid rent expenses in the amount of $12,000.

The source says Frank has had trouble finding work for two years as the economy has hurt his construction business. “Frank is distraught over Lynne’s threat to file for divorce,” the source continued.

According to the source, Lynne blames Frank for all their financial problems because she feels he’s been hiding the bills from her. Frank is alleged to be distraught over this, as he does not want a divorce.

You have to wonder why Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe Giudice and his construction business didn’t seem too affected by the bad economy on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Megan Wants A Millionaire Is Officially Cancelled

VH1 Megan Wants A Millionaire cast photo with Megan Hauserman

It’s official, Megan Wants A Millionaire is now officially cancelled. VH1 had issued a statement saying the show was postponed, but an AP report said VH1 cancelled the show on Friday.

The same report also confirmed that suspected murderer, Ryan Jenkins, was a contestant on the yet to air I Love Money 3. A previous TMZ report said Ryan had told multiple friends he won ILM 3. A VH1 spokesman said no decision has been made on whether or not to run the show. Ryan is still on the run.

It’s safe to say ILM 3 will is likely done for, especially if Ryan is the winner as rumored. It would be nice for VH1 to let us know who the winner of Megan Wants A Millionaire is, as over a million fans including me, have invested some time into watching this show.

The winner is however rumored to be Tj Diab (Please highlight to see name).

UPDATE – TMZ is reporting Ryan was found dead in a Canadian hotel.  He apparently hanged himself.

OC Housewife Lynne Curtin Contesting Her Eviction

We recently reported that Lynne Curtin of The Real Housewives of Orange County received an eviction notice from her landlord, giving her just 3 days to pay up or leave. Well the 3 days are now up, and Lynne has yet to pay up or move according to TMZ.

The reason being? Well it appears Lynne and her husband, Frank Curtin, are now claiming the legal document is invalid because it was served on their daughter — who happens to be a minor.

The Curtins, who rent the home they live in on the show, allegedly owe their landlord more than $12,000 in rent and other expenses.

According to TMZ, the Curtins have now lawyered up with plans to contest the eviction. Their landlord however still plans to re-serve the eviction notice, hopefully to an adult this time.

Something about this story is a tad sad, as it appears Lynne and her husband truly cannot afford to pay the $12,000 they owe. Lynne is one of the nicer housewives so it makes it sadder to see this happen to her. However, I do think people should think twice before choosing to appear on a reality show, that solely focuses on the personal lives of the wealthy, especially if they are not wealthy and cannot afford to pay the rent on their rented home.

The Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris: I Still Love Ed!

The Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris continues to laugh of rumors of her fiance, Ed Swiderski‘s infidelities. When asked about the cheating allegations, Jillian delcares her love for Ed telling OK Magazine, “We have not even come close [to splitting].”

The couple is currently enjoying some time together in Canada. They both attended Jillian’s cousin wedding this weekend. You can see photos of the wedding here.

“We’ve got a Jet Ski, so we’ve been spending lots of time on the lake,” says Jillian, who is still planning to move to Ed’s home city of Chicago in September.

Jillian’s friends also back her decision to stay with Ed, “Jill was aware that there was a risk of this kind of tabloid attention when she got involved in the show,” reasons Shannon Long, who speaks with Jillian every day.

It was reported a few days ago that money might be a motivation for Jillian and Ed staying together.

If you recall, the first Bachelorette Trista Rehn and then fiance, Ryan Stutter, got paid the amount of $1 million to have their wedding televised back in 2003. There’s obviously a huge amount of money at stake if Jillian and Ed make it down the aisle.

Megan Wants A Millionaire Ryan Jenkins

Megan Wants A Millionaire contestant, Ryan Jenkins, has been officially charged with murder of his wife, Jasmine Fiore. Ryan, who is still on the run, is suspected to have fled to Canada by foot. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Fiore’s body was found Saturday morning stuffed in a suitcase which was thrown in a dumpster in Buena Park, CA. According to TMZ, Jasmine’s teeth and fingers had been removed.

Tmz is also reporting that Ryan has a violent past. He was convicted in 2005 for assaulting a girlfriend, and also recently had a complaint filed against him in June, for allegedly striking the now deceased Jasmine.

51 Minds – the company that produces “Megan Wants a Millionaire” — admits it was not aware that Jenkins had been convicted of assaulting a girlfriend when he was cast on the show. Part of their statement is below -

Obviously, if the company had been given a full picture of his background, he would never have been allowed on the show. The company did have in place what it thought was a thorough vetting process that involved complete background checks by an outside company for all contestants on its shows. Clearly, the process did not work properly in this case.“
