More OC drama, as RadarOnline is now reporting that Gretchen Rossi has has been ordered to pay the attorney fees of her ex-boyfriend, Jay Photoglou.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star filed a restraining order against Jay earlier this year claiming harassment. A judge dismissed the order in May, with prejudice. It was said that Gretchen did not show up for her court appearance.
Jay racked up fees of around $19k defending himself against the restraining order, which Gretchen has now been ordered to pay. Photoglou’s attorney claimed in earlier papers that the lawsuit was frivolous, and that it was filed by Gretchen as an attempt to try to save face.
Jay The loser has spent the entire year leaking photos of he and Gretchen to the press. You can see some of those photos here and here. The 19k should be chump change to Gretchen who inherited $2.5 million from her late fiance’s estate.

Gretchen’s visit to court likely would have saved her 19K! How stupid can you be to miss a court hearing? Of course missing a court appearance is going to piss off your judge and have him rule in the other party’s favor in collection of legal fees! Is she being brain-washed by aliens or rather, the one and only, Slade Smiley?
Tamra must be enjoying this. This guy sounds like a complete loser, yet there’s no doubt that they were at one time good friends.
Gretchen apparently has a completely broken radar when it comes to picking guys as friends and as lovers.
Gretchen got together with Slade for the publicity. Slade got together with Gretchen for the same reason.
They’ll quickly blow through the $2.5 million that Jeff left Gretchen, if they haven’t already. She’s an immature skank who lives for money and fame. She should have known better than to get mixed up with someone like Slade, especially after what Jay put her through.
Let’s hope Gretchen has enough brains to stay away from the camera when she’s in compromising positions with Slade, but something tells me she just can’t resist the snapping of the lens. She likes seeing herself and Slade likes seeing himself. Does anyone else envision a sex tape in the future?

She was on E the other night showing her ex’s urn of ashes and her 2 room sized closets. One was full of just Juicy Couture sweatsuits. She’s probably blown through at least half of that money and $19,000 will probably put a nice dent in what she’s got left.

A man’s actions speak volume about his character. Just the fact that Slade owes so much in back child support to his ill 9 year old-HE IS A DOUCHEBAG. He should be working to support his child especially thru Grayson’s illness. Get your tubes tied or this will be you in 5 years–A single mother solely supporting another one of Slade’s offspring. I am sure Slade tell’s you horrible things about Grayson’s mother-it’s all her fault, or I paid her the money already–all LIES!
Gretchen is taking alot of punches as far as public opinion goes and will continue to do so until she fades into obsurity. She doesn’t know the first thing about class or success. She’s an insignificant tramp who continues to fall in with sleazy men because ‘real’ men have no respect or interest in her.
The OC bunch are real in one respect. They represent all of the irresponsible people who gambled on and played the system who have brought down our economy. There will be no consequences for any of them, just for their children. They should change the name of the show to ‘The Real F’ups of Orange County.’
They shouldn’t even be called housewives b/c they give them a bad name. Stay at home mothers have opted to forego money to take care of their children. They can’t even do that.
Bravo needs to take a step back and decide if they want to deal with respectable, honest and successful women on their shows or stupid tramps that real women have no interest in.
I agree that the Atlanta women were the only ones with some redeeming qualities (except for Kim) Too bad it Bravo can’t allow for any diversity on the individual shows. When they try to, like with Atlanta, they opt for a bleach blonde southern belle bimbo who clashes with everyone. At least pick a white woman with some rythym.

Do you guys really believe this? Jay is so desperate he is now faking documents. If this story where true the document would be available as a public record. It’s not available because Jay has forged the document and you guys are so lame you print a story with out getting any proof on your own. No need to come back here. You guys are a waste of my time. Do your home work, go try and get this supposed document. When you can’t find it. print a retraction so you don’t look so bad.
