Southern Charm has had a few infamous pets grace our screens. Who could forget the darling relationship between Craig Conover and his beloved Gizmo? Viewers must also remember the little cutie patootie Elvis who spent time with Cameran Eubanks’ family, despite not being their official family pet.
For anyone who dropped interest in Cam’s story after her departure from the show, you may not know that Elvis was eventually gifted to the Eubanks family when his own family moved from Charleston. Elvis was an absolute icon on Cam’s Instagram. Followers went insane when he and baby Palmer dressed as Patricia Altschul and Michael The Butler for Halloween. He was also just a complete sweetie.
Yesterday, a lot of people shared inspirational sentiments in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Thirst monster Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi shared a post in his honor. However, she tainted the sentiment by taking the opportunity to promote a florist, which bothered some Instagram users.
This is it! We made it to the season finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County! It came suddenly. Yet it took forever to get here. What a strange, strange season this has been. It’s worth noting before diving into the drama that, clocking in at just 14 episodes (and assuming there’s no Secrets Revealed episode after the two-part reunion), this is the shortest season in RHOC history since Season 4. That was back in 2008. During the earliest days of Tamra Judge pointing her finger across the table at Javier’s and accusing Gretchen Rossi of going to Bass Lake.
It’s also only one episode longer than the freshman season of RHOSLC that’s also airing right now. Blame it on the pandemic. Or on the First Ladies of Bravo showing their age after 15 years. Or some combination of both. But it’s truly unprecedented for a flagship show that has regularly delivered 20+ episodes per season for the last decade. And is it just me, or did it sort of feels like production just…decided to wrap things up? Was it the worst season in Housewives history? That’s to be decided. But was it one of the weakest? Almost certainly.
The newest member of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, has had quite a hard time during her freshman season. At first, her life seemed all fun and games. Elizabeth shopped for designer clothes, treated herself to a Ferrari, and bought over priced kale salad mix from Gelson’s (which is quite yummy by the way). But then we learned Elizabeth was going through a nasty divorce. On top of that, she dropped a major bomb that she had grown up in a religious cult and was abused.
There was even more drama when Elizabeth caused confusion regarding her relationship with her boyfriend, Jimmy Juarez. Elizabeth kept changing her story on whether or not they were sleeping together. When confronted, Elizabeth was unable to clarify was because her divorce wasn’t finalized. This prompted Braunwyn Windham-Burke to hire a private investigator to dig up some dirt. Now it seems Elizabeth might be dishing out some payback to Braunwyn regarding her own personal issues.
Real Housewives of New Jersey “OG” Teresa Giudice is living her best life right now. She split from long-time husband Joe Giudice after his pesky deportation to Italy. Before that, Teresa stood by her man through infidelity rumors and a stint
in jail at camp.
Teresa and Joe’s divorce was mostly completed in September, but the RHONJ stars are waiting for a court date to finalize the paperwork. Now Teresa has a new man, and she made it Instagram official.
Once a year, something exciting happens in Utah. As January wraps its icy hand around the state, celebrities descend on Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. For two weeks, the state most known for religion becomes the epicenter of the entertainment industry, with A-list stars and indie up-and-comers converging for an endless parade of premieres, parties and Park City moments. And this week, we get to experience it all through the fabulous lens of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
As a native Utahn, Sundance truly was the most fun I had all year. Every year of college, my friends and I would make a staycation out of it, renting a hotel suite in Park City and spending the weekend strolling Main Street and meeting celebs and Bravolebrities alike. In fact, Sundance was the very first time I ever encountered a Housewife in real life. Over the years, my BFFs and I met everyone from Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley to the Shahs of Sunset and the Vanderpump Rules gang. In fact, my most epic Sundance stories involve both Harry Styles and one particular A-list actor who shall remain nameless. But those are stories for another day. Let’s get into the recap, shall we?
Tamra Judge, gone but not forgotten on Real Housewives of Orange County. Famously given the boot with toxic best friend Vicki Gunvalson, neither Tamra or Vick have graciously moved towards the light. Instead they have released multiple comments to the media about how RHOC will suffer in their absence. And yes, RHOC is suffering, but I’m not sure it’s due to their departure.
Chattering amongst Bravo insiders has already started to prepare us for the return of Tamra. While Eddie Judge calls in his Xanax Rx for renewal, Tamra is getting involved. Seeking out the most injured animal, the former Housewife is #TeamBraunwyn in Kelly Dodd’s debate over whether or not Braunwyn Windham-Burke is “faking” her alcoholism. Now Tammy Sue goes head to head with Kelly, as her foot inches through the door.
This summer, Scheana Shay revealed that she went through a miscarriage. This was around the time that the news broke that Stassi Schroeder is pregnant. Soon after, Lala Kent and Brittany Cartwright shared their pregnancy announcements, which wasn’t surprising since they made an actual pregnancy pact with Katie Maloney.
After experiencing her miscarriage, Scheana announced that she and her boyfriend Brock Davies are expecting their first child together. He has a son and daughter from a previous marriage who live in Australia.
