It seems the law has once again caught up with Lynne Curtin and her husband, Frank Curtin. TMZ is reporting that a bench warrant ( a form of an arrest warrant) has been issued for the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her husband.

According to TMZ, Lynne and Frank were supposed to appear in a California courtroom yesterday to answer questions relating to a $1.2 million judgment they were ordered to pay to a former business partner. The couple completely bailed on the proceedings by failing to show up.

This led to the Judge issuing a bench warrant for the Curtins, meaning they can both be arrested at any given time. The Curtins seem to be having a bad year as they were also evicted from their rented home back in August for owing over $10,000 in back rent.

Bravo TV, – for the love of God – get over to their house with cameras and film the arrest. That would be the best Real Housewives scene ever – those two being handcuffed and dragged away to jail. Lynne – at least you’ll “look good” in the prison cell with you new face. I feel so sorry for their kids having to live all this out in the public. Lynne and Frank – are you still glad you signed up for the show? Was it really worth the so-called fame and perks?

LOL Jessie…yeah BRAVO – FILM HER ARSE being carted off to jail – then DROP HER FROM THE SHOW.

Between the Curtins, the Salahi’s and the Yet to be Caught Leakes – BRAVO seems to reward criminal behavior.

Seems this may be a bit exagerated

Some reports said Tuesday that there was a warrant out for the arrest of Lynne and Frank, but this isn’t quite the case. “A bench warrant was issued on December 21st,” a court source tells RadarOnline.com. “But it’s on hold until January 27th. As long as they show up at court by that date there will be no live warrant for them. If they don’t show by then then the warrant will be active and they will be arrested.”

Well that’s one worry off their minds and they could do with some good news, because despite the show that his wife stars on, things haven’t been going well for the carpenter. “My business all went south and I have been trying to work my way out of it. In the last 4 years I have lost everything, and I went through some really hard times.”

Frank defended his wife Lynne, and told RadarOnline.com that she had nothing to do with the lawsuit and was simply named on some of the paperwork.

He admits that he’s “had problems in the past,” and has been struggling ever since but hopes the economy will turn around.

“I don’t want her to get hurt,” Frank said about Lynne, “I feel bad for her.”

Besides starring on the drama filled reality series, Lynne is trying to launch her jewelry line Lynne Curtin Designs.

Frank might have finally realized the price of fame. “This has been the worst year of my life. And now I am in the public eye from a TV show…what have I gotten myself into?”

What was the name of Lynn’s jewelry line again? Something w/ ‘cuffs’ in it. How ironic. She will have plenty of time for crafting in jail now.
I guess her bratty daughter won’t be getting the nose job she was promised. I hope she has a nice big meltdown over it too.

How can someone function with half a brain? For what its worth, have you noticed that Lynne’s blog has been taken off BravoTV?
The only honest comments are on websites like this. BravoTV screens everything and only the slubbering, a**-kissers have their comments aired.

I know I’m going to catch some flack for this, But I gotta say, I feel bad for Lynne, I just do.

Dyana I admire your compassion. My guess is Lynne had little to do with this. She was probably only part of the lawsuit because her name appeared in some for on the company incorporation papers. I doubt she had a major role in a construction type business. I feel bad for Lynne as well. :)

Thanks Mark, That was so nice of you to say. You are probably right about her name being on some of the papers. I know she is a few cans short of a 12 pack,( a little ditzy, but harlmess) but she seems like such a likable person, not mean spirited at all.

The reality is NOT that Lynne is an innocent bystander as her husband would like you to believe- but that he is saying that so they can hide what few assets she has from debtors who are entitled to them. By pretending and telling the court she is not involved, they can hide all her business assets and any other cash they have socked away under her shell. Also, you will next see them claim divorce so they can hide assets in a marital settlement. I would bet they are even manufacturing a pre nup now. This is ONLY to screw the debtors they owe.

Don’t believe for a minute she did not know. It is a well known fact in OC they take what they can get, and their kids do to.
