Tonight’s episode of MTV’s hit show Jersey Shore will feature another run in with the law. This time around, it involves cast member Ronnie Magro, who was arrested back in September after getting into a fight with another man in front of MTV’s cameras.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested on Sept. 4 for aggravated assault for striking a man with a closed fist. Ronnie, 24, tells PEOPLE that though the charges have now been dismissed, he did spend a few hours in jail, had a mug shot taken and paid about $600 for bail.
Ronnie claims he was provoked while he was walking home from a bar with Snooki and their costar Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola. According to Ronnie, the other person involved in the fight was being disrespectful to his friends, shouted “racist” remarks at their African-American security guards and might have spat on him. He however regrets the incident, “I definitely felt out of place,” he says of being in jail. “It’s definitely a place I never want to go back to again. Definitely a lesson learned.”
Still A Couple – In other news, Ronnie and his girlfriend from the show, Sammie Sweetheart are surprisingly still going strong. The pair confirms to PEOPLE that they are indeed still together and care very much for each other. “I care about her deeply and I see it going for a long time,” Ronnie says. “I don’t really want to jinx anything [but] I love being with her. I have a best friend that’s my girlfriend, which is really hard to find.”
Adds Sammie: “I’m very happy and content with my life right now. Things are just amazing and I’m just gonna go with it.”
Jenni “J-WOWW” Farley, has also reconciled with her boyfriend Tom, despite cheating on him with costar DJ Pauly D on the show. Jenni says all is well with their relationship and he moved in four months ago.
And finally, the ladies of the show stripped off their 50 35 20 pounds of make up for a makeunder photo-shoot courtesy of In Touch magazine.
From left to right, Jenni “J-Woww” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola — who swear by eyeliner, bronzer, and lip gloss — ditched their make up for the shoot. Must say Snooki looks the best, she should consider making this look permanent.

With the exception of Sammi, those girls have horrid split ends. They are in dire need of a trim. They should keep the makeup on. These girls are not the best looking. Sammi is the most decent looking.
Snooki and Sammi have awful bodies. Short and fat, tree-trunk legs with thunder thighs. A thousand crunches a day or so and a serious diet is what Snooki and Sammi need.

I agree that Snooki and Sammi have awful bodies. Snooki is built like a bird. She is disgustingly top heavy. She looks almost like one of those Foster Farms chickens that they inject with hormones and plump up with corn and fall over chest first because they are so top heavy!
Sammi on the other hand I agree has stumpy legs. She wears those short shorts thinking that does something for her appearance but eww! She looks like she is walking around the Jersey Shore on two big fat tree stumps! Pretty face but fugly body!
Clotilda, couldn’t have described Snooki and Sammi Sweatheart’s legs any better! Tree trunks are definitely the way to describe them. Alan, that is so funny. Snooki is built like a bird. I would like that show if they had atleast a couple attractive women on the show. Right now I am just witnessing ugly, fat, stupid people. Sammi is cute in the face I agree but damn the body needs to match and it does not! I call them “The Fuglets.”

Laughable that Ronnie (the midget) calls Sammi a 10. Gee, a woman with no boobs, thunder thighs, linebacker arms, and stringy hair would be called a ten. But again, look at who is rating her a 10.
Oh, for God’s sake Alan F., you have NO clue about female stems. And your views certainly speak to the fact that you do not have sex with a variety of women. I wish you well trying to get into the pants of women who must be similar to a praying mantis. It must be so fun shagging a stick. To men who have experienced a variety of shapes, heights, and widths, there is no match for a women who is rounded, but not fat. Sammi’s gams are damned near perfect, scoring a 9.25 on the stiffy meter. And with that cute face and dark tan, well, Ronnie had better find a way to stay with her – even if he has to eat humble pie on a daily basis.
Wow! I personally have always thaught sammi was a beautiful girl with amazing legs. Her legs are very long and tone. Its ridiculous that we live in a world where if ur more than a hundred pounds ur fat or “stumpy”! I would really like to see a pic of all of u to scrutinize and pick out every little flaw u have! And what’s sad is sammi really has no flaws…..and yeah u can say her boobs are small when really they r average and that’s because she isn’t as fake as all the other girls and doesn’t get boob jobs and other plastic surgery. She is all natural and I think her face as well as her BODY is awesome…and she especially has nice legs! U all are just a bunch of miserable haters! Ta ta!
