Danielle Staub can’t seem to get her name out of the media this past week, and something tells us the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is a-okay with that.
The latest is that Ashley Holmes, the 19 year old daughter of her costar Jacqueline Laurita, was found guilty of assaulting Danielle. She was fined $189, including $33 court costs, by Wayne Court Judge Lawrence Katz on Friday. As we reported back in December, Ashley was arrested for pulling out Danielle’s hair extensions during a fight that took place November 11th.
The argument was between Jacqueline, Teresa Giudice and Danielle. Ashley thought her mom was being attacked by Danielle, and then proceeded to attack her and pull out her hair extensions. Ashley went on to confess to the assault.
“Danielle did the crime and the time,” a ‘source’ tells Us. “Now Ashley has to.”
The fight was taped by Bravo and will appear on the upcoming season of the NJ Housewives series. Sighs, and just when you thought the table flipping could not be topped.
I just can’t get past Danielle’s eyebrows, they are scary and her boobs, one looks higher than the other but them eyebrows, OMG she looks like a clown

I’m glad the court handed down an Assault conviction for Ashley.
She is young enough and this is a big lesson that should stay with her for life. Let’s hope she learns something and doesn’t attack anyone else much less small children.
Too many of these reality show stars act like they live in another universe and that Bravo will protect them from consequences when they hurt another person.

I would have done the same thing as Ashley. If I thought someone was attacking my mother, you bet I would have gone after that person.Would it have been the right thing? No, but I STILL WOULD HAVE DONE IT..

No matter what actually occurred, if anyone deserved to have a few of their hair extensions pulled out, it’d be Danielle-the-Forever-Victim.
Not only did she turn on Jacqueline, who stupidly went against her own family to defend Danielle and her eyebrows, but Danielle supposedly made several phone calls to her threatening her and her family. Talk about an ungrateful ex-con…
Odd thing is, dumb-dumb Jacqueline made no attempt to defend her daughter’s actions against Danielle when it came to testifying to what happened. But supposedly, Jacqueline is all about “truth”, when in reality, she is one of the most manipulative housewives ever. She’s not very good at it.
At least Bravo caught it on film and we’ll get to judge for ourselves what went down with the extensions.
Yes you are right fauleigh until we see what actually went down, ( we only know what has been reported and read the court case/charge)then we can not judge even though it is never the right thing to put your hands on someone. I’m sure Ashley has learned a huge lesson.
@ I’m Just Saying..I was just saying that if I thought someone was attacking my mother, I would have done the same thing, but I still would have done it. I’m just being honest. Would it have been the right thing? No. Would I deserved to be charged with assault and fined ?Absolutly. Would I have learned a lesson? Yes.

Was this little display just for the series? ugh.
If I were the judge I only would’ve convicted Ashley for not having also shoved her foot up Danielle’s ass. Usually I wouldn’t advocate violence.. but lets be honest – if anyone had it coming to them it was Dirty Danielle.

I am SO SICK of this judgmental family! No doubt Danielle has issues, but they have driven her to the point of no return for something that has happened over 25 years ago! Dina keeps saying she is going to give her a chance but I have yet to see it.

I am 19 years old, and I have been watching this show since season one. Danielle has some issues but it was the Manzo family that started all of the drama because they couldn’t accept her past, then Ashley joined in by posting “I hate Danielle” on her facebook, who does that? That is pure hate to the 100th degree! I know I would be VERY mad if someone did that to me and I would probably call them all kinds of names as well. Just like Danielle mentioned “when she is attacked, she will attack back,” and I really don’t blame her because no matter what she does she is downgraded and made to look like a fool. And I don’t care how many mistakes someone has made, no one is garbage; the nerve!!!
Ashley also mentioned that Christine joined in with Danielle when she was talkig about her, but how does Ashley expect beautiful Christine to react when she is dogging her mother? If I were her I would help my mom also. Just like Ashley wants to protect her family, Christine has the same right to protect hers. I guess Christine is sick of this circus, I know I DIFINITELY would be!
Ashley mentioned she wants to be like her aunt Dina, so she should start by taking her nose our of something that has absolutely NOTHING to do with her; to me Ashley seems like a troublemaker who feeds off of the drama. She IS NOT cute and will try to get attention in any possible way. My mother would NEVER tolerate me being in all of this drama, she would simply say “Please stay in a child’s place!,” and that would be the end of it. On her Bravo blog, she said why would people waste their time and hate on her, but why would she write a blog book on Danielle and hate on her! I am not siding with Danielle, but I am so sick of watching these pitbulls! I wish Danielle would move out of state and continue supporting her wonderful daughters. I read Ashley’s bravo blog as well, and it’s correct that they NEVER display the truth that many of the bloggers post!
Ashley mentioned how she HATE Danielle, and also talked about Danielle’s breast and how she looks like the grinch. I don’t find Ashley very attractive and feels she is not happy with herself, therefore she attacks others to make herself feel better; she got exactly what she deserved when she was arrested
Also, her blog is filled with so much hate, that Jaqueline and Caroline didn’t have to post blogs this week, because Ashley mentioned everything they wanted to say. I am 21 years old and I am glad my family don’t behave this way, I would be ashamed; and I never use the word hate because it is pure evil! Now Ashley wants to tell Danielle that she is going to hell when she uses the word hate and also attacks people, is she God now? He is the one who will make that decision Ashley, NOT YOU!!!! first of all you obviously dont have any right to judge about what ashley has done because it hasnt been viewed yet. wait for it to premier and then you can say all the shit you want. but about the facebook thing, she’s only 18 and still freshly out of high school, OF COURSE she will start drama. that makes sense (but it did have a good intentions, she just handled it all wrong).
lets be real here, new jersey ppl dont take shit from other ppl. if they dont like you, they will tell it to your face. and thats what the manzo’s have done. they have relentlessly told Danielle that they don’t like her, or they will give her another chance BUT they need space first, or they just flat out told her that they don’t want to be friends with her. end of story. but danielle kept on pursuing and pursing and pursuing to have a connection with dina or jacqueline — and they obviously didnt want it.
as for the book and danielle’s past, that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with their present relationship with danielle. even before they knew about the book, the manzo’s, theresa, and jacqueline — they never really liked her as a person! so get your facts straight! all they want to do is get them OUT OF THEIR LIFE. they would gladly jump for joy when that happens and theyre sick of her drama she stirs up and talking about her.

paranoid, passive aggressive, insecure, pathological liar, scary, manipulative, cares too much about what other ppl think, holds a grudge, yells, vicious, slutty, always on the offensive, needlessly creates drama… the list can go on. she’s not a naturally good-natured person. who wants to be around that kind of person? exactly.
Why wasn’t this handled through diversion or mediation? Not excusing the behavior but why would you want to give a young woman a criminal record for the rest of her life? That’s just nasty. Maybe there is some way of her getting this off her record as a first time or youth offender.
Good luck to Ashley with her court case. My message is to Jacqueline, who said on the show that she was a teenage mom when she had Ashley, and couldn’t be there for Ashley. Ashley seems as if she has allot of anger and issues because of Jacqueline. So, instead of making up for lost time with Ashley, she had another child. What? Give me a break…this is unfair to Ashley and selfish of Jacqueline. Jacqueline is nothing but a middle-aged baby factory. Check your hormones at the door Jacqueline. Shame on you! Mommie dearest!
First time posting…I watch the show and became curious about Danielle’s arrest. I looked on the net and it’s all there in black and white (court documents).
Sorry to inform the “source” but she may have “done the crime”, however, never “did the time”.
Rather than “do her time”, she ratted her friends out. When asked, she likes to say she “took a plea deal”. LOL The deal she took was to be an informant and testify at trial against her “friends” so she could get probabion and they could go to prison. Which, thanks to her help, everyone but her did.
She didn’t do this because she “became enlighted” but rather snitched on her “friends” so she could walk.
Nice friend. Won’t even admit it now. Surprised it hasn’t been written about as I believe it shows her true character. She has none.
