We reported a while back that Gretchen Rossi’s alleged ex, Jay Photoglou, won a court order which required Gretchen to pay his court fees.
Well RadarOnline is now reporting those court fees amount to $18,000, and on Feb 1, a Judge ordered the Real Housewives of Orange County star to pay the entire amount to her alleged ex.
This is in connection to a restraining order case Gretchen filed against Jay last year. She obtained a temporary restraining order against Jay but it was then dropped by a judge when Gretchen refused to show up to court for a follow up. Jay had asked for attorneys fees and costs.
Jay also filed a lawsuit against Gretchen for slander and libel and several other counts last week, just days before Bravo filmed the reunion show.
According to Jay, Gretchen has damaged his reputation by calling him a liar, thief ,and drunk. Jay claims he and Gretchen were a couple when she joined the Real Housewives of OC but for the show’s dramatic purposes she was linked to another man.
Gretchen also recently revealed on the show that though her deceased fiance, Jeff Beitzel, left her over $2 million in his will, she did not receive a penny because his estate was in debt of over $3 million.

Gretchen is a lying skank and her trifling ways are catching up with her. I don’t like Jay — I think he’s got issues for sure — but Gretchen’s getting what she deserved.
And who in their right mind believes that she didn’t get a dime from Jeff’s estate? She said he was $3.2 million in debt, but he was pulling in a $10 million annual salary. Even if he didn’t save anything (which I don’t believe), he had his salary, life insurance, home and other material assets that more than covered anything he might have owed.
Gretchen doesn’t work and hasn’t for years, so if she didn’t get money from Jeff, how is she living the high life? For sure she’s not getting any financial help from Deadbeat Slade.

People are getting big bucks if they can prove and win a defamation lawsuit. Her house will be next on the auction block. Then Slade will dump her and go after _ um let me guess… Tamra?
Jay is not Gretchen’s alleged ex, he is her ex, with a freakin axe to grind by the way! I think he is an ass, don’t get me wrong, but she is a liar and a fake and he is going to stop at nothing to prove it,he has nothing to lose,according to him she has already damaged his reputation,he is just making sure he exposes her for who she is, nothing like a man scorned,forget the woman!
Gretchen also received 2.5 millon from Jeff, she is once again lying stating that she did not. Why she feels people are stupid is beyond me, people know people who know people, it’s not hard to find out the truth.
I heard she received $2.5 million as beneficiary from a life insurance policy. If that is true, it would not have to go towards any of his estate – it would just be hers outright. Slade and Gretchen are grifters and will definitely get theirs down the road.
Carmen, you took the words right out of my mouth. Those three skanks (Gretchen, Tamra, Alexis) are responsible for the degeneration of a show that USED TO have an inspirational “Work hard-play hard” theme. I understand the varying opinions on Vicki, but she is right to assert the fact that she is a hard worker without a foreclosure, short sale or a domineering husband calling the shots, AND she managed to raise one hard-working, well-adjusted child, and another who is on his way to becoming one (he may already be there).

I’m surprised Grethen’s little breakdown upon hearing the news of Vicky’s daughters biopsy didn’t cause another gag reflex in Vicky. A genuine person would not fall apart if front of the person, who has to be strong for themselves. She did it for attention, still trying to convince people she cared about Jeff.
The reality is she was out partying w/ Jay when Jeff was suffering in the hospital. She stole his kids inheritance and is blowing it on drugs, booze and ugly 60s go go dancer outfits.
