What’s a network to do when the most dramatic season of their hit show is coming to an end? Well if you’re Bravo, you stretch out the reunion show to three hours. The goods news? With a cast such as that of the Real Housewives of New York City, there’s an excellent chance the third hour was needed.
Tonight, we finally get to see Sonja Morgan, who is quickly becoming a fan favorite, on stage with the rest of the ladies. Sonja will be asked about her sex life, and will likely give us a few TMI details. Ramona will also get into it tonight with Jill, who is labeled as being jealous by her castmates.
Some NYC fans have also commented that Jill Zarin posted the wrong viewing date for Part 2 of the reunion. A quick look at Jill’s website does indeed show a post with an air date for Tuesday rather than Monday. The post was done last Friday and according to fans of the show, they have contacted Jill by facebook and twitter to inform her of the right date since. Some feel this might be intentional by Jill as a way to deter viewers from watching tonight because there might be something airing that Jill doesn’t want people/fans to see. Another speculation is that this might just be a subtle FU to Bravo, as Jill feels she was edited unfairly this season.
In an attempt to be fair and balanced, and not to appear as bashing Jill, who ironically enough spent last Thursday night bashing her co-stars on her blog, I will add that there’s also a good chance this might just be an honest mistake by crafty Jill. Guess we will all find out tonight!

In other news, some very good news for Bethenny Frankel and Bravo, as Bethenny Getting Married? marked the highest rated series premiere in the network’s history.
With over 2.1 million viewers tuning in on Thursday night, it seems Bravo has another hit on their hands. The question now is will BGM be able to retain those viewers. Only time will tell. A new episode of Bethenny Getting Married? airs Thursday night.
i beleve all these people are crazy it is just a matter of time before they send Sonja off to the rubber room all there bickering makes my head hurt and just listing to Jill go on and on and then Ramona and her crazness would make any of the others go nuts so bottom line they are all a couple of bricks short of a load
It amazes me how people need to speculate and make things up about Jill. You don’t have any proof that Jill had Kelly go on that trip to spy. Just the opposite has been said many times, that Luann and Jill both told her not to go. Also everyone saying Kelly is on drugs or crazy, none of you are doctors that can correctly diagnose someone and the drug thing is just out of line to say that about someone when there is no evidence at all to show that she does do drugs. Just because someone acts different than you does not mean they are on drugs.
I also think that it is telling how Ramona acts in the preview of the third part of the reunion. They wanted Jill to come to them on bended knee, kissing butt and asking for forgiveness from the 3 queens of mean. I know what Bethanny and Alex’s problem is with Jill, but what did Jill do to Ramona…nothing so why should she beg you for forgiveness. As far as Alex, I would not apologize to her either. She is Bethanny’s lap dog. Everyone makes comments about Jill use of 4 PR people, but how many do you think Bethanny has. It was quite obvious watching the reunion so far that Bethanny, Alex and Ramona made sure they got all their points across like they got together and made notes about what they needed to say. And it is bullying when Ramona and Bethanny were both told to let Kelly speak but they felt the need to keep interrupting and not letting her get a word in like they were trying to silence whatever she may have to say about them. Of course, Kelly is not known for her conversational skills or quick comebacks or slurs like some people.

Well, that episode was very interesting! I don’t often change my mind about things but when I do, I admit I was wrong.
I don’t change my mind completely about Kelly. I think she’s highly unstable, not that bright, and that she did have a breakdown on that island.
However, that said–I also do believe the women were very passive-aggressive toward her and that’s why she finallly snapped. From what we saw last night–and what she said–I can see how BRAS could have been correcting her, looking at each other as though Kelly was stupid when she talked, rolling their eyes at her, etc. You could see that clearly last night. While I don’t relaly think that is ‘bullying’ per se–a psychologically weaker person could construe that as bullying.
What Kelly did wrong was to not just go with the flo on the island. She felt attacked in that subtle, passive-aggressive way so she attacked them and she did it much more severely, which made her look horrible.
But I do think she felt bullied. I honestly do.
On other notes–I felt Bethenny and Ramona were very uncool when Kelly was trying to talk. In fact, all of these women are incredibly rude and it was giving me a headache to hear them talk over each other constantly. I’ve never in my life had relationships such as this with my girlfriends–we never scream over each other, do mean things to one another, try to sabotage each other success, etc. These are all mean-spirited, vulgar, classless women in their own way.
I thought the funniest moment of the night was when Countless was responding to when Bethenny called her a ‘dumb drag queen!’

Forgot to mention my take on JZ.
She has terrible behavior, she is calculating, manipulative, and downright vicious. I think Alex was right when she said, “you fight back and you fight back dirty.”
What amazes me is that her *first* response is always to deny. It bothers me that she is so comfortable with lying–that’s a sign of a pathological liar–someone who lies when it is just as easy to tell the truth.
Only when she is forced to admit to a lie does she. Only when she is shown her true colors does she apologize. She does absolutely nothing without an ulterior motive, which is what makes her so despicable.
Sonja is wonderful! She’s really the only one I would want to be friends with.
Luanne’s time should be just about over unless AC is stuck on having pseudo royalty on the show. She brings nothing but a hulking, uncomfortable presence. She’s two-faced and completely without class! She interrupts people more than anyone and I simply cannot stand that fake pedigree accent and airs she puts on. Enough, Lulu! You’re from a middle-class family!

Kelly isn’t crazy. She never matured past the age of 10 and she’s a liar, but she’s not crazy.
Is systemic bullying in the DSM-IV? I loved how Bethenny just couldn’t contain herself when Kelly kept repeating the same idiotic catch phrase over and over again.
Watching the last couple of episodes of the show and two parts of the reunion has brought the countless one up in my estimation. Just a tad. The dumb drag queen still can’t sing but she’s learning when to keep her stupid mouth shut.
Sonja was fun, as usual.

Jill and Kelly have stayed true to form. Jill has the emotional stability of an 8 year old and Kelly is psychotic from all the nose candy. Whenever both are confronted they lie, after that Jill screams “I’m not perfect and neither are you”. IF and only if they continue to hold her accountable does she relent and cry. Kelly starts rambling incoherently about how she is “above” arguing even if she started the damned argument in the first place. Any time she is in over her head she acts like she is taking the high road. Loved it when she ragged on Bethenny about her breasts when you can look at her robotits and read the “HECHO EN MEXICO” stamp from across the room.
Omg!!! I wanted to yell CUT….several times during part II of the reunion show. They were all on guard ready to shut down anyone who levied an attack against them. I was really hoping that they would let each person have their say and then come back with a rebuttal. This is where I feel Andy did a terrible job as mediator/host. He was totally bullied and run over by the women.
Now – Kelly really needs a dictionary to look up the word bulling before using it and make dumb PSAs. Okay, let’s just say for the sake of argument that she was being bullied by these women on the trip (which I don’t believe) why then did she begin with the chef vs. cook conversation when that was not even on any of the other women’s radar? Why feel the need to call B a hobag and accuse her of sleeping around when the conversation was about B’s father passing away and her coming to terms about it?
My whole take it that these two Jill and Kelly were not happy that B was getting her own show and set out to sabotage it by attack B with the hopes that she says or does something that will totally turn people off. But what these two failed to realize is that when you spend all of your energy in pursuit of someone, you most like become oblivious to what is coming behind you.
So, what they are left with is Kelly being perceived as a nutcase and Jill a lair, master manipulator and coward (her not owing up to all the nasty comments she made and copping out by first denying all of it and then acknowledging by saying she was wrong – I had a bad day) . These two are the wacky jobs this season.
As for the Countless, I think she recognized how dangerously close Jill and Kelly have come to causing irreparable damage to their images that she had the good sense to distance herself from their madness.
I think Jill continuous bid for B’s friendship has more to do with the fact that she truly despises Alex and just the thought of knowing that Alex has now become somewhat of a BFF to B absolutely drives her insane.
On a much lovelier note….I love, love, love Sonja!!!! What a breath of fresh air. I love her self confidence, attitude towards life and the fact that she is a real life Samantha Jones (SATC). She inspires me. She has got real class….. (Hint Countless) and demonstrates the uncanning ability to be friends with everyone because she self assured and doesn’t seem threatened by any of the other women’s’ need to be top dog every day.
Bravo, please bring her back with a bigger role next season and let’s see if you can also recruit one if not two of her friends. Something tells me that they will be so much better than then crew you have now!

I was actually surprised when kelly sounded somewhat intelligent, and i mean somewhat. I thought it was immature that B and Ramonacoaster wouldn’t let her speak, just let her spout her crazy so we dont have to continue to listen to her. I’m totally over the jill thing, i get it shes sorry lets move on. I am always amazed on how delusional kelly can be. when she was talking about what happened on the island she sounded like she was talking about a completely different event, and i was like thats not what i saw. where is she getting this? i think she has a chronic case of systematic delusion. I have to give the count brownie points for trying to make kelly own up for some of the blame. overall i think this women should grow up stop walking out of the room when the shiz get to difficult to bear.

I like that …Sonja in the City!!! I would definitely watch too. And from her responses on the reunion show, I know she is not all about SEX. She is quite versatile.
More than anything I love how she is able to maintain her poise when the others are so over the top with their lack of composure.
Even when she is attacked, she is able to calmly state her point of view without appearing like a caged bird…..I wonder if it has to do with all the sex most people think she is having??? LOL!!!

If systematic bullying is the butting in that the ladies were doing to Kelly last night then wasn’t she guilty of the same thing on the island. When they were on their trip, Kelly would not let anyone speak. Everytime someone would make a comment, Kelly cut them off, so who’s the bully? She is most guilty of what she is accusing them of. I think that Kelly feel’s no one has the right to speak above her and if you do, you are a bully. She will take it from Jill and Luann because last year Jill was the topdog and Kelly wanted to be her friend. Also becoming good friends with Jill would be a way to get back at Bethenny (whether Bethenny & Jill are friends or not). Jill & LuAnn do it to everyone so aren’t they bullies too? Everytime someone speaks on something, Kelly tries to show her intelligence with a “who cares” or “lots of people are like that” or I’m from the midwest. Well I am from the Midwest too and what the heck is she talking about. Maybe the other ladies were wrong for cutting her off last night but imagine yourself in front of 2,000,000 people and you hear this nutcase telling the world that she felt threatened and bullied by you. Anyone would be overanxious to defend themselves. Who would just sit there waiting for Kelly to get done with her lies? At that point manners went out the window and I think the ladies went into survivor mode. Kelly you are not going to pin your insane behavior on us. Even LuAnn asked Kelly if she felt she played a part in it and she had an excuse. Kelly went on that trip because she wanted to go, maybe Jill sent her as a spy, but she was the wrong choice. Kelly is tall, and she has a nice smile, and is considered beautiful to some but she has issues and she does not like Bethenny. They do not like each other. Bethenny said Kelly pretends not to know people so that she does not have acknowledge them. People had a problem when Bethenny said that but Sonja came on the show an pretty much said the same thing about Kelly, so who’s wrong and who’s right. Who is the bully and who is being bullied. The latter is not Kelly.
@Ginger Tee–believe me, I don’t think Kelly was bullied–BUT–I do know passive aggressive behavior when I see it.
I can see how the ladie, being nice to her one minute, while looking at her like she has 2 heads the next, whispering about her when she leaves the room and then shutting up as soon as she walks back in, could lead to Kelly feeling shunned and alone.
I tried to put myself in her position–and I could see how *she thought* they were ganging up on her.
However, that said–her response was completely out of line and she WAS the one who did the bullying and attacking–not the other women. What Kelly did to them was 100 times worse than teh somewhat passive-aggressive behavior BRAS displayed toward her.
Before, I could never see it at all–but last night, I could picture how the 3 of them (not Sonja) could make Kelly feel like she was a stupid moron and that got to her and she snapped.

Ok, I think I understand Kelly. (That’s the scariest thought that I’ve ever had!) Kelly is in-coherant, among other things, and says things that don’t make sense and aren’t true. When the other women ask her to explain herself and/or back up her statements she feels ganged up on because she can’t. Is this systematic bullying? I don’t think so, but I never heard that term before. They are often aggressive in general and I think Kelly feels like that’s attacking her. Now, that by no means does it mean I like her or think she is sane. I do think her psychological issues make it difficult for her to explain herself and have enough self confidence in what she says. If it were only not getting sayings correct (stomping grapes) it would be one thing, but Ramona does that often (kadooz). At least Ramona knows when she does this and can laugh at herself. New York is known for its fast pace and aggressiveness. It’s not just this show so I don’t know how she copes in this city at all.
Also, is someone defamed my character and slandered me the way Kelly did to Bethany, I would sue. It would be a slam dunk since Kelly can’t back up any of her comments: ho-bag, cook and attempted murder just to name a few.
My 2 fav parts were Jill calling Ramona a liar for sayinf she said don’t film with Bethenny and then 2 seconds later saying “I was wrong about that”…..so you call plp liars but then admit they aren’t lying….hmm…
2nd fav was Andy saying to Kelly “ok, so you’re using this as a platform” and her going “No I didn’t say that” and even Jill says “yes thats what you just said”…..for me that pretty much cinched that Kelly is delusional and her “bullying” crap is a PR move she doesn’t even understandt even own “issue” I think someone put the words in her mouth….
Also, my FYI to Kelly is, if you don’t like the gossip/negative GET OFF THE SHOW! No one is forcing you to stay!

Right now, I think I have a stomach ache..maybe getting that ulcer. I have watched ALL the shows & both reunions. I know this is a reality TV show, but I have to admit that while I have had my share of laughs..various emotions..I have been very frustrated. Reunion II was no exception. I won’t go into what I thought about everyone on the show, but just voice my opinion on a few. I STILL think J is the classic narcissist. I was emotionally abused as a child by my mother….& then by my M-I-L. (My counselor said in a half-serious/half-”joking” tone, “What are the odds?!”) My father & F-I-L are enablers/co-dependents. Well, I think because of my past experiences I have “rooted” for Alex. SO happy she took a stand. I think J thought she could “dish it out”..& use every dish in Crate&Barrel..sorry, meant Saks. However, I don’t think she realized she would EVER be held accountable/responsible for her words or actions and have it “dished” right back. Narcissists need to be/should be called out….esp. when they get “down & dirty”. Trust me, they will.
I think Kelly needs help. Serious help. I feel sorry for her in that I think she has very deep psychological issues. That being said, I also get frustrated when she plays the victim role when she instigates, makes “digs”, & lies….in particular about Alex & Bethenny. I couldn’t help but notice how she went back & forth with Andy. He said that she was NOT forced to go on the island vacation with the others. He was very calm throughout their “exchange”, but she was not….that was a really good/scary fake smile she gave Andy. I was scared..like the kids at the Haunted Halloween Houses.
Yes, I have another admission. I will be watching Reunion Part III…guess might as well since I’ve watched all the other shows. It’s one thing to be a “viewer” & another to actually have to live it. (I noticed that Dina left RHNJ.) I think this time when I watch..forget the 7up..think I’ll have a 7&7.
PS–Forgot to add this. I am also frustrated when it comes to people who talk a big “talk”, but don’t “walk the walk”. Jill & her book. Please. I’m sorry, but it reminds me too much of my SW wasp mother & NE wasp m-i-l. They claim to be “Christian”. I call J a hypocrite as well. No one is perfect..no one, but w/ J’s mean words/behavior followed by “apologies”..listen carefully..read between-the-lines..1 step forward & 20 backward each & every time..heck, she’s off the board. Like the minister/friend that married me years ago said, after I told him my m-i-l would say she was Christian..even quoting the bible just to turn around and trash anyone around..and I do mean TRASH..my minister said, “Anyone can quote the bible..the devil can quote cover to cover.” So true. Couldn’t stop laughing my head off. Jill’s book..even my Jewish friends don’t want to buy her book.

From what I’ve seen and read, Jill has not changed for the better. During the first two seasons, she was one of my favorites, yet this season, her true colors emerged. Now, I’m confused and angry that I did not detect the inner ugliness which surfaced, spreading toxic energy throughout the show. At the Reunion, Jill’s tears and pleas of apology were inauthentic and rehearsed. Yet, her venom towards Alex and control of Kelly was obvious. Bethenny’s life should not include Jill- despite “forgiving” her. (Unfortunately in Bethenny’s life, people (family) have been mean-spirited and neglectful – no wonder she was drawn to Jill- familiarity). Despite a season of unfavorable posts on Bravo, it’s a miracle because most of the posts are positive. I’m curious to know how many people of Jill’s people are placing them on Bravo OR is Jill simply writing them herself. Jill should definitely LEAVE the show.
