Kate Gosselin was all smiles as she celebrated her 36th birthday last Friday in New York City minus her plus 8.
The Kate Plus 8 star, who’s birthday is actually on March 28, alongside a small group of friends (Kate has friends?) got together at the NYC STK restaurant to celebrate. She showed off lots of leg while sporting a classic little black dress.
According to the HollywoodLife, Kate’s bodyguard Steve Nield was also present at the party though they didn’t get photographed together. While the TLC cameras were on hand to film Kate entering the restaurant with a friend (really, Kate has friends?), Steve reportedly ducked into the restaurant ahead of time to keep from being spotted with her. Sources reveal Steve had very little contact with Kate during the festivities.
And the very next day, Kate was photographed shopping at FAO Schwarz in NYC with a gal pal and her bodyguard Steve. Those photos are below.
Kate Plus 8 returns to the TLC network with new episodes on April 4.
