Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub continues to make headlines this week.
First it was reported on Wednesday that the 48-year-old had once again become a stripper by signing a deal with Scores in New York. In fact TMZ posted some photos of her stripping nude. And then a day later, Danielle announced she decided to walk away from the deal while also seeking psychological help.
Many, including me, questioned if Danielle was being sincere or if this was just another publicity stunt, you know, being that it is Danielle and all. Well, according to a new TMZ report this morning, it seems she was being sincere.
Danielle is now being sued by Scores to the tune of $375,000 for reneging on her contract to strip for them. In fact, the report states Danielle signed the deal to strip back in November and made the stripping video (where the pictures were taken from) that same month. But right after making the video, Danielle had a change of heart and cut off all contact with Scores.
She received $25,000 for the video she made which was part of an exclusive 3-year contract that required her to do voice work and live video chat sessions on ScoresLive.com.
Also, Scores filed the lawsuit back in April and it appears Scores leaked the photos to TMZ, and not Danielle. A Scores exec states Danielle “has no shot of winning this lawsuit. It is a crystal clear breach of contract”

i am no danielle fan, but scores should lay off and let the woman get some help and not trap her into doing this!
#44 lou,I guess you can count me in on caring about danielle too. I always care about people that are treated like crap on these shows. Not one person on that show with the exception of jacqueline[for a while] ever gave danielle the respect she or anyone of us would want. I think it really effected her self esteem and didn’t know which way to turn.Way to go ladies.

@peachpat 52, People are free to care about whomever they choose. Personally I have zero respect for anyone who chooses to exploit themselves for a dollar while continually putting their children in a position to be made fun of by their piers.
Danielle could have quietly checked herself into a program that wasn’t televised. IMHO she is a low life constantly seeking celebrity, one way or another whether it is by making a sex video, stripping or needing rehab.

i don’t think she was bullied on the show nor do i think she is innocent ..
i mean she pistol-whipped someones head in & ratted people out ,
so i can’t say i like her on a personal level ..
she was stalking dina & had a dangerous obsession with her ..
i’m just sayin’ if she decided to go straight & try to repair some of the damage it would be great ..
Beverly signed the contract in November,made the video took the 25,000. Then she has a change of heart. Why didn’t she ( or her lawyer) contact Scores right then and there,return the money and get out of it? Why didn’t she seek help then, if she realized that she has issues ? She waits all this time..Come On..
If she would have done all this right after she signed the contract. I would have some sympathy.
Awful funny that the fliming is ending on her VH1 Show, and she now contacts Dr Drew to get help..This nut is looking to be on Celebrity Rehab, plain and simple.
She is a scammer and liar, with absolutely no regard for her children..How much more can they take and forgive? The Sex Tapes( the one filmed in their home) The stripping, her shady criminal past, name changes etc… Nope sorry, not buying this her being sincere, not one bit.

@madam 57, yes I agree it would be great however.. this woman is just destructive in so many ways, especially to herself and family. I honestly believe that her children are the ones who deserve compassion, understanding and support.

Goes on reality show and makes a fool of herself..won’t even count that as a strike, lol
Makes sex tape- all over the media…Strike 2
Agrees to strip and work on sex phone lines-photos all over the media Strike 3
None of that is to mention the lawsuits and her book.NOW the light finally dawns on her that she needs rehab, once again more media exposure.
It may be an unpopular opinion, but some people in life just prove themselves to be disposable… I’m more inclined to help those who learn from their mistakes and don’t need to make money off of them..

I think she does everything for publicity, plain and simple and obviously, people are talking about her. Again.
How embarrassing for her sweet daughters.
Does she just not care about their lives.
She is hurting them and they love her and will
now have one more thing to defend her for.
She needs to stop thinking about herself!!!
