Emily Maynard’s sit down interview about her break up with Brad Womack will finally air tonight on ABC during the new Bachelorette episode.
In a preview clip released by the network, the former Bachelor winner opens up and discusses her struggle to trust again two months after her split from Brad.
“Right now I just want to focus on being a mom, and not have to worry about you know, somebody is in the bushes taking pictures or if something I tell a girlfriend is going to end up in the magazine the next day, not knowing who to trust,” Emily tells host Chris Harrison in the preview below.
Emily adds, “It’s been really hard on me. You don’t know who to turn to so you end up staying by yourself and that makes you even more sad.”
While Emily reveals her focus now is on her 6-year-old daughter Ricki, other sources state she has a desire to be the next Bachelorette because she wants to be famous. In fact UsWeekly reported last week that Emily is very close to inking a deal with ABC.
Brad declined to sit for the interview with Emily but did tell PEOPLE magazine he takes full responsibility for the demise of their relationship. The new Bachelorette episode airs tonight on ABC at 8/7c.
