Sex tapes… drug busts… what would MTV's resident therapist say?

Well, when that "therapist" is Dr. Drew Pinsky, not a whole lot. Dr. Drew's reaction to the deplorable choices made by Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans as of late comes across as less "Woah! Let's get these girls some help!" and more "Woe is me! Nobody listens to me!"

“If she would have called me for advice, I would have told her not to do this," Dr. Drew said about Farrah's sex tape. “But she is not my patient, she is not my kid."

Dr. Drew added, “Farrah is making horrible, horrible choices. Let’s say she takes that $2 million and opens a restaurant, which has always been her dream, how are you going to talk a 21, 22-year-old out of that? I just don’t know.”

Farrah Abraham Pleads Not Guilty To DUI

Of course, the Teen Mom star is "very pleased" with the money she collected for Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, so Dr. Drew should probably direct his attention someplace else.

Oh! How about Jenelle?! According to Dr. Drew, Jenelle's recent arrest for assault of husband Courtland Rogers  and possession of heroin has nothing to do with MTV's cameras.

"Jenelle, I don't think, would be any different whether she was on Teen Mom 2 or not," Dr. Drew shared. "She needs long-term treatment. She is a Lindsay Lohan style situation."

Being Dr. Drew isn't easy, folks. “I am going to give them messages they don’t want to hear and then they don’t call me back."
