How does a reality TV star react when she’s unhappy with her portrayal on TV? Blame the editing, of course. That’s been a go-to move for plenty of them. Now that Bristol Palin is on a Teen Mom, she’s not happy.
She accused Teen Mom of inaccurately portraying her life. She said she didn’t want to be some “fill-in Farrah Abraham.” Of course, Farrah caught wind of that and clapped right back.
It felt like there were Real Housewives meetups happening all over the country this week. Or at least that’s what it seemed like when I scroll through my Instagram feed. Kandi Burruss supported Beverly Hills Housewife Erika Jayne at her Atlanta concert. Potomac Housewives Gizelle Bryant hung out with Real Housewives of Atlanta OG NeNe Leakes. Warning: they applied way too much airbrush to their IG photo. Cynthia Bailey left the ATL to hang out with Dorinda Medley in New York City.
Real Housewives of Dallas stars Stephanie Hollman and Brandi Redmond shared photos hanging with their kids. Meanwhile, their costar Cary Deuber shared a photo of her face all marked up and ready for a cosmetic procedure. Orange County Housewife Shannon Beadorfollowed her lead. Shannon posted a photo of herself getting some cosmetic enhancements. This is a social media trend that I just don’t understand.
They thought they were over their exes. They thought they were ready to find love, but they thought wrong. The singles believed that they were on a different dating show, but this is Ex on the Beach Season 2.
What can viewers expect from this second round? The show promises “hotter hookups, more exes than ever, and more scandalous secrets.” Episode One starts off with a masquerade party, but it’s not your average themed party. Soon enough, they will have to unmask the truth about their relationship histories… whether they like it or not.
Romeo returns as the host, prompting Big Brother alum Jozea Flores to remark, “When you see Romeo, you know it ain’t about no love. It’s Ex on the mother f*cking Beach.”That’s right. Whenever Romeo shows up, expect him to stir the pot with some twist in the game.
This is not going to sit well with ex-Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham. She admits, “I’m kind of freaking out because I thought I was on a dating show to date like future people. F*ck my exes.”
One by one, we meet each of the “singles” and there are some immediate sparks between a lot of the cast members. There’s The Bachelorette villain Chad Johnson. Will he show everyone his softer side? Or will be the same deli meat-obsessed argumentative brute that Bachelor fans are used to seeing? He is immediately drawn to Big Brother winner Morgan Willett and The Challenge participant Nicole Ramos.
Initially, everyone is having a good time…except for Farrah. Right from the jump, Farrah rubs almost every cast member the wrong way and this is before any of her exes show up on the beach. Fire Island cast member Cheyenne Parker is not afraid to stand up and call her out on her diva antics.
And of course, this is just the initial cast. In the first episode alone, three exes arrive and Romeo promises the arrival of an additional single, who cannot be voted out of the house.
Everyone talks a big game about “being over” their ex, but is that really the case? Who is being truthful about their feelings? Are they looking for closure? Do they want to rekindle? Will brand new relationships form? Or are they just there to argue? Buckle up, Ex on the Beach new season Tonight, December 20 at 8/7c only on MTV and it’s going to be one wild ride, starting with its first episode!
The popular U.K. show Ex on the Beach made its United States debut in April 2018. It was everything I didn’t know I needed in a reality TV show. I got to see some of my favorite people from other reality TV shows under one roof. The contestants created endless drama. There were countless twists and turns. And to top it off everyone looks great in bathing suits.
Thankfully, Ex on the Beach will return for Season 2 a month from now. Just like the first season, this season’s cast members bring plenty of drama to the beach.
Happy Monday! We’re kicking off this short holiday week with a new roundup of reality star sightings! First up, former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham sampled new menu offerings during expansion construction at Crazy Horse 3 in Las Vegas. Farrah Abraham has landed another MTV reality show with “Ex on the Beach”, for which she is reportedly earning $300,000!
Even without an official announcement, it’s so obvious that the Real Housewives of New York cast is filming Season 11 right now. Sure, they usually do film the season during the same time frame each year, but the true indication that Season 11 is in progress are all the recent photos of the cast getting together. Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Luann de Lesseps, and Tinsley Mortimershared photos from the Berkshires. Does this mean we get two different Berkshires trips next season? Please don’t tell me they swapped out Christmas for random fall fun. We NEED a Berkshires Christmas episode- or three.
Even though Farrah Abraham is no longer a part of Teen Mom, the OG cast member still has a lot of opinions on the show- specifically the new additions to the cast: Bristol Palin and Cheyenne Floyd. To say she is not a fan of the casting decision would be putting it mildly.
A lot of your favorite reality TV stars were focused on the family time this week. Being mid-divorce did not stop Jenni “JWOWW” Farley and Roger Mathewsfrom spending a Disney-themed day with their daughter.
