Snooki has always been serious about being an itty-bitty, extra teeny guidette!

The new mom shed 50 lbs of baby weight since having Lorenzo last year. She's also gotten some serious veneers and some kinda face work done, it appears! 

Snooki is adamant that she lost the weight through hard work: eating right and plenty of exercise. And proving just how hard she's working the Snooki & JWoww star is sharing her diet and exercise secrets along with dishing on being a new mom! 

One secret – laying off the booze, but the biggest trick is hitting the gym. "It's a part of my life – being fit is [a priority],” Snooki says. “First [it] was partying, now it's my son and working out."

"I work out in the gym seven days a week. I go with my trainer five days a week, I have a treadmill downstairs or I do crunches," Snooki shares with People. "I try to do something at least once a day." 

"As long as you're motivated and dedicated, it's not hard at all," she adds of sticking to a diet and exercise plan. I think she means as long as you have nannies, trainers, and nutritionists (and no 'real' job…)!

Snooki confesses that motherhood helps her commit to staying balanced and healthy. "It's made me a better person, it's made me realize what life is really about and screw the bullsh––."

"I love my baby. He's my best friend," Snooki gushes. "I love just laying in our playroom and he just crawls on me and we cuddle and giggle. That's like the best thing ever." 

Well… errrr… I guess sit-ups and spit-ups have replaced smooshing and shots in Snooki's life. That's probably a good thing…
