PETA once again enlisted reality star Courtney Stodden to help them send a message to PetSmart and other pet retailers. Courtney dressed up as a mouse in a wig, whiskers and high heels and paraded around outside of a PetSmart store with other protesters. At one point Courtney took things to a new dramatic level and laid down in a pretend pool of blood on the sidewalk.

The Mother/Daughter Experiment star shared, “It’s heartbreaking to think that countless mice, rats, bunnies, and lizards are dying in filthy bins for PetSmart’s stores. My friends at PETA and I urge everyone to refuse to shop anywhere that sells live animals!”

Courtney isn’t the only reality star to team up with PETA and their various campaigns. Joanna Krupa regularly helps out their cause, as well as her former co-star Adriana De Moura.  And last year they begged Teresa Giudice to donate her fur coats and stop wearing them.  Bethenny Frankel, former Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada and Jersey Shore star The Situation have also worked with PETA.

I understand that being a little outrageous gets more attention than just standing a soapbox yelling about the atrocities in the world, but what do you think about this protest?
