According to E! news, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, 30, are moving to NYC for the fall, to open up a new DASH store there. While Khloé will remain in L.A. with Lakers hubbyLamar Odom, managing the siblings’ SoCal shop. Khloe is expected to drop by on her sisters during the season.
“Mason, Kim, Scott [Disick] and I arrived in NYC,” Kourtney blogged on Monday. “So excited for some fall in the Big Apple. No better place…Are you ready, NYC?”
Kourtney and Kim Take New York is set to debut on E! in January 2011.
The 4th season of the Real Housewives of NYC began filming weeks ago and so far not much as leaked out about the upcoming season, well that is until now.
Life&Style magazine is reporting that Ramona Singer is taking Kelly Bensimon’s place this season as the resident crazy pants of the show, while also acting violent.
“During filming, Ramona [Singer] slapped one of the producers from Shed Media, the company that produces the reality show,” an insider tells Life & Style. “It got very out of hand. What a way to start off the season, huh!”
It doesn’t end there as a second source tells the mag “Ramona has been acting out physically and emotionally… Her acting out wasn’t a story line for the show. It’s crazy; everyone involved in the show has been talking about it. What seems to be going on with her lately is unclear, but she’s been very erratic.”
Life&Style magazine is a very credible source when it comes to Housewives news, making this story all the more interesting. Let’s all hope Kelly and Jill aren’t the two sources for this story.
The night got kicked off with a hot samba dance courtesy of Jennifer Grey, who donned a sexy school teacher outfit, and partner Derek Hough. The duo received a good score of 24 for their dance number.
The biggest shocker of the night was the highest score going to Audrina Patridge and her partner Tony Dovolani. Audrina earned the first 9 of the season, receiving a total score of 26 for her waltz, which was called “the most touching dance of the night.” Audrina dedicated her waltz dance to our fallen troops and their families.
Also tying for second place with a score of 24 were Brandy and Rick Fox. The lowest score of night went to Margaret Cho, receiving a score of 18 for her not so impressive samba.
The results show is set to air tonight at 9/8c. Michael Bolton will also be returning tonight, but fear not, as he is returning to sing and not to dance. Susan Boyle was originally scheduled to perform but had to cancel due to a severe throat infection. The scores from last night below -
Audrina Patridge & Tony Dovolani: 26
Brandy & Maksim Chmerkovskiy: 24
Jennifer Grey & Derek Hough: 24
Rick Fox & Cheryl Burke: 24
Kurt Warner & Anna Trebunskaya: 23
Kyle Massey & Lacey Schwimmer: 23
Florence Henderson & Corky Ballas: 20
The Situation & Karina Smirnoff: 20
Bristol Palin & Mark Ballas: 19
Margaret Cho & Louis van Amstel: 18
TELL US – WHO DESERVES TO GO HOME TONIGHT ON DWTS?
So what can we expect tonight? One word – DRAMA! Unlike the New Jersey Housewives’ second season, which we had to wait almost 9 episodes before the infamous country club scene, the Atlanta ladies bring the drama on the season premiere! Nene Leakes and Dwight Eubanks will almost come to blows tonight as Nene decides to confront Dwight on rumors he has been spreading about her husband Gregg. Rumors which include Gregg trying to borrow money from him.
Meanwhile, the other housewives read about Kim Zolciak’sarticle in Life&Style magazine, during which she comes out as a bisexual, and they all try to get the scoop on the real deal with Kim. Sheree Whitfield decides she now wants to act following the failuredemise of her She By Sheree fashion line. Kandi Burruss tries to get back into the dating scene following the tragic death of her fiance last year. One of the new housewives, Phaedra Parks will also be introduced in tonight’s episode.
In other Atlanta news, new housewifePhaedra Parks has found herself in the media headlines since the February announcement of her addition to the show. The reason? The Atlanta Entertainment Attorney just happens to be married to an ex-con named Apollo Nida.
Apollo, 31, was convicted in 2004 for racketeering. He was paroled last year in May 2009 after serving five out of his 18-year prison sentence. Phaedra and Apollo married late last year and the two recently welcomed a baby boy in July.
Phaedra, 38, defended Apollo and her decision to marry him in a recent statement. Part of that statement is below -
My husband was convicted of a white-collar crime. It was racketeering. He comes up for an appeal and we just hope that works out positively. But he wasn’t guilty of harming any person or anybody and unfortunately that’s what happened. I married my husband because I loved him and he loved me and I think that’s the foundation of any good relationship. I didn’t marry him because of his past or because of his future. I married him because I respected him and I realized⎯everyone should realize that people make mistakes.
I know who I am and I have a very good sense of my husband and what our relationship is built on. So at the end of the day I have to go home to him and so whomever you marry has to be your personal choice. And that has to be a choice that you’re willing to live with. I married him because I love him, not because somebody else loves him and has to live with him and deal with him every day⎯it’s because I do so if you can live with your decision then that’s all that matters.
UPDATE – Apollo’s mugshots have been added below.

The settlement comes just a day before the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star was supposed to be deposed. Kevin was suing Danielle for $5 million in a defamation lawsuit. Kevin has repeatedly denied the allegations Danielle made about him in the press and in her memoir when she claimed he once raped her with a gun and murdered her dog.
While the settlement terms are confidential, Kevin a source tells TMZ “cash was involved in the deal.”
Kevin also tells TMZ, “The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.” He added, “It’s interesting that the case gets settled the day before Danielle was supposed to be deposed … it was going to be the worst day of her life.”
Below is a photo of Kevin Maher taken back in March when he met up with Danielle’s co-stars Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita. The ladies stated they met up with Kevin to get answers about Danielle’s past.
Stacie Turner, star of theReal Housewives of DC and your favorite DC housewife according to our recent poll, is speaking out about being on the popular Bravo reality series.
In her all new interview with Blackvoices, Stacie touches on being the sole African American cast member on the DC Housewives, her real estate business, the status on the search for her birth father, and of course the Salahis.
Excerpts from Stacie’s interview below -
You are the only Black woman on a series set in a predominantly Black city. Is that a lot of pressure?
Heck yeah! All women are different so to think that I can represent every lifestyle of every African-American woman in DC is like insane. To the extent that I can show what my reality is and reflect some of what I think African-American women can relate to is all that I can try to do. I definitely feel pressure!
Do you hold back on the show? Is there ever a time you feel your inner “sister girl” coming out, but tuck her away because of the cameras?
I’m always thinking that I have a little daughter and she can not see her mama show her behind on camera. In past episodes, they show how this whole topic of things related to race that comes up innocently and it’s this expectation that you’ll let it roll off and not go there with it. Meanwhile, it’s like why does this even come up? We are sitting here having dinner so just because me and Ted Gibson are the only Black people there why does there need to be a connection about race? All it does is create a situation. And when it is brought up, why does the neck roll and the dialect change? It’s just interesting.
Would you like to see them add more diversity to the ‘Real Housewives of DC’ franchise next season? Can we get another Black woman or even a Hispanic added to the mix?
I would. I know lots of women who would be great, but the question is do they have the nerve to put themselves out there. All of my friends thought I was crazy and people probably still think I’m crazy to do that, but so far they have been pretty accurate in their portrayal of our family and hopefully this series will be a little different in that they do try to stay true to form to women who are not necessarily doing the antics of some of the other shows.
You do high-end real estate for Sotheby’s. Has being on this show been a boost for business?
When I was taping the show I worked at Sotheby’s, but I’ve since left and now I work for Long & Foster. People had this perception that we only did high-end homes but I do the gamut. I moved to Long & Foster because they have the biggest share across all price categories and I formed a team so now I have a couple of people that work with me.
You learn on the show that you’re biracial and you’re on this quest to find your birth parents. We’ve seen already that your birth mother, who is white, isn’t helping you much with information. Have you finally found your father?
That will be open-ended. You’ll see that the whole journey takes me to the Nigerian Embassy. I’ve met, talked to, had a letter correspondence with my birth mother who is Caucasian and has a whole other life that she has not shared with her family. Therefore, we really can’t go there and she will not divulge information about my birth father. I think the Nigerian side would be much more open and receptive, because that culture is much more open and accepting of non-traditional families. You’ll see that down the road it takes me to the Nigerian Embassy where I enroll their help to help me find my birth father. We don’t find him this season.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t ask you about the Salahi’s. Do you think the Michaele Salahi and her husband Tareq are going to be back next season? Will Bravo keep them around?
I think they were good from a marketing and PR standpoint, because everybody knows who they are and everybody is curious about the White House event. I think throughout the series they are definitely not dominant and you actually start to see a different side of them as it progresses. The White House thing happens at the end so it’s kind of like the cliffhanger. I don’t think that they’re that important to it. Even when I read the blogs, the fans are sick of it. They’re not worth talking about. I think it will be interesting to see if the Salahi’s are back next year because the White House crash was kind of like it and then it was on to the next.
The finale episode of the Real Housewives of DC airs October 7 on Bravo.
This latest news follows the report that the Teen Mom star is being investigated by her local police department and child protective services following her violent outburst on the last episode of the show.
According to RadarOnline, Amber, 20, and Gary were photographed together frolicking at a Tennessee water park last Tuesday. Even more interesting is the fact that they were seen together just hours after MTV aired the episode of Amber attacking Gary.
An eyewitness told Radar: “They were behaving as if nothing had happened as MTV shot scenes of them having fun together… It did not look like there were any bad feelings between them and they were acting like any other really happy couple on vacation.”
The source adds, “They were interacting with their young daughter Leah without any problems and the whole family seemed to be having fun.”
