They’re baaaack! Tonight is the very long awaited season 2 premiere of the Jersey Shore!

The MTV hit show is back to give us more GTL, Gym Tan Laundry that is, with cast members The Situation, DJ Pauly D, Snooki, Vinny, JWoww, Sammi, Ronnie, and even Angelina is back. Angelina famously left the show early on during the first season.

So what can we expect during season 2? Well for one, many more hook ups, and this go around, a lot of the hooking up happens amongst the cast.  “There’s so much more hookups, make-ups, breakups, the whole nine, and you guys are definitely going to love season two,” promises The Situation to MTV. “Sit back and relax! You guys can see how to party!”

Based on the previews, Vinny will hook up with both Snooki and Angelina.

More fighting also occurred this season. Snooki and JWoww are described as the mean girls, and in one of the preview clips, we can see Sammi and JWoww getting into a physical fight. Angelina, who reportedly quit the show during the second season as well, will also get into fights with her co-stars.

Season two premieres tonight at 10 p.m/ET on MTV.

In other Shore news, a new cast member has been added to the cast.  Deena Nicole Cortese is the newest ‘Giuidette’ on the block and is currently filming the all new season 3 with the cast in Jersey Shore.

Deena Nicole is described as a 23-year-old New Jersey party girl who loves to drink and party.  She is said to be a friend of Snooki’s with her mom telling NJ.com that “they’ve known each other for a couple of years.”

“All I need is beats, my broads, and booze,” is what Deena posted on Facebook page before she began filming.

The fans of Jersey Shore can now breathe a huge sigh of relief as America’s favorite fist pumpers will be returning for a third season of the hit show!

News and reports of a strike hit the web this week as TMZ reported the entire cast refused to film home scenes for the third season because they wanted a raise from MTV.  The cast wanted $30,000 per episode, a 200% raise from the $10,000 per episode they earned for the 2nd season.

It seems MTV is very confident in this cast because the 2nd season has yet to air!  It is however set to debut on July 29. No word yet on how much the cast will actually receive from MTV.  TMZ did report some of the more popular cast members aka Snooki, The Situation, will get more money than their peers.  Angelina will not be back for season 3.

In other Shore news, Snooki covers this month’s issue of Steppin’ Out magazine, and dishes on her castmates and the downfalls of fame.

“Myself, Pauly, Vinny and Jenny [J-Woww], we’ve all stayed the same,” she says in the new issue of Steppin’ Out magazine. “We’re the closet friends in the house. I trust them with my life…It hasn’t gotten to our heads.”

Snooki, 22, says she realizes she and The Situation are more popular than their co-stars.  “I know the others want the same opportunities that Mike and I get, but we don’t control those things,” she says. “The media isn’t asking for the others so they can’t really be mad at me.”

After acknowledging DJ Pauly D’s rising stature as a DJ and Jenni “Jwoww” Farley’s fashion line, Snooki adds, “I can understand why the others might be jealous. They aren’t doing anything, but they should still be happy for me.”

Snooki also gives her sob story touches on the pitfalls of fame.  “I miss my old life,” she sighs. “I miss being able to be around my family and at home. I miss going out with my friends and going out to a bar. I can’t do that anymore. When I try to do that, I get attacked by the fans.”

It seems MTV might have learned a thing or two from the last time they had to negotiate with the Jersey Shore cast.

As we reported yesterday, the JS cast is currently on strike, and refusing to film for the all new 3rd season.  The reason? They cast wants more money, more than the $10,000 per episode they got for season 2.

During the negotiations for the 2nd season, the cast decided to take a Friends approach by all sticking together and striking a deal together.  Things are however different this go around as TMZ is reporting some of the popular cast members, aka The Situation and Snooki are being offered more money than the rest.

The first to take the bait? The Situation according to a new TMZ report.  His manager confirmed yesterday that he has signed a new deal for the third season.  And how much does he stand to make?  Just a mere $27,500 to $45,000 per episode.  Not bad for a kid who calls himself ‘The Situation.’

As for the rest of the cast, the strike rages on.  A new report by the Hollywood Reporter however states a new deal should be reached any day now.

The cast asked MTV for $30,000 per episode — a 200% raise, and it seems MTV is caving in by countering with a number that’s close to that figure.  Sources also tell TMZ that MTV thinks they have “magic in a bottle” with this group and would like to keep the cast intact.

In what seems like deja vu, the Jersey Shore cast is once again in a widely publicized contract dispute with MTV, all regarding the third season of the hit show.

Despite the fact that the 2nd season has yet to even air, TMZ is reporting MTV is ready to begin filming a season three. However, the cast is very unhappy with their contract situation that they refused to shoot scenes for the upcoming third season until they get a better deal.

According to TMZ, the cast was supposed to begin shooting “at home” scenes yesterday for the third season, but JWoww, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D and Vinny ended up telling the crews they weren’t shooting without new contracts.

Snooki and The Situation are scheduled to shoot today, and Snooki will reportedly be following in the footsteps of her castmates, while there’s no word yet on what The Situation plans to do.

The reason the cast wants more money? Well the first season was a huge hit for the MTV network, bringing in higher ratings than The Hills plus sources close to the cast tell TMZ the cast feels they can make more money doing appearances for two months, rather than filming the show.

RadarOnline is also reporting Angelina Pivarnick will not be returning for a third season. Famous for leaving the show early last season, she reportedly did the same again while filming season two in Miami.

Angelina explains why she left the show to Radar, “With all of the people in the house getting physically violent with each other, and all the diva personalities on- and off- camera, I just knew that I’d be happier if I left.” She added, “The working conditions in the house were pretty brutal, I can’t get into details, but you’ll see it all, I’m sure, when season two airs.”

They’re baaaaack! MTV has now released the trailer for the second season of Jersey Shore, and judging from the look of things, there will be no second season jinx!

In the 2 minute clip, we get to see The Situation, Pauly D, Ronnie and Vinny creeping on the girls in Miami Beach, while the ladies, Sammi, Snooki, JWoww and even Angelina can be seen getting into fights and arguments with one another.

So are Sammi and Ronnie together again? Will The Situation and Pauly D be able to avoid grenades this go around? Is Snooki still snookin for love? Will Angelina bring the drama once more?

All these questions will be answered when the show premieres Thursday, July 29 on MTV.

Is a Jersey Shore star getting ready to follow in the footsteps of Sex Tape Queen Danielle Staub? It seems so.

Multiple media outlets are reporting DJ Pauly D has several sex tapes floating around. Popcrunch reports the amateur tapes are said to be with a Canadian model he met this year while doing promotion for the first season of the MTV hit show.

“It is being revealed that they filmed a few sex videos while together – Our insiders say the girl in question has no intent on selling the recordings… But we all know eventually they will come out!!,” adds the ZackTaylor blog.

In other Shore news, the other Jersey fellas are also making headlines but for very different reasons. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Vinny Gaudagnino can be seen gracing the new cover of the Village Voice magazine which caters to gay men.

The magazine cover photo, which hit stands this week under the banner “Queer Issue” and above the headline “The Guido Ideal” — a story about “gay Jersey guidos on the down-low,” has led to some whispers and questions about the guys’ sexuality, but not so fast reports the NYPost.

The Post is reporting the guys were not aware what they were posing for and had no idea they were being photographed for the Queer cover. A source from the mag also adds, “The paper’s not saying the cover boys are gay, just that that they’re hot.”

The guys however seem to be good sports about the cover and The Situation was even quoted in the past as saying: “I’ll be honest, I like the attention [from gay men]. I’m flattered if there are guys with different preferences that have crushes on me.”

While the all new second season of MTV’s Jersey Shore doesn’t premiere until July 29th, MTV has released a sneak peak of what is to come in the upcoming season.

The 13 minute clip shows the eight cast members as they prepare to leave for Miami Beach, where the second season was taped. The show’s break out star Snooki introduces us to her new boyfriend, Emilio Masella, whom she refers to as her “amazing gorilla juicehead.” And in case you’re wondering, the two have since broken up. Snooki also shares that she doesn’t tan as much anymore because President Obama implemented a 10% tax on tanning.

We also see Sammi as she prepares to leave for Miami. Sammi reveals she is no longer with Ronnie but doesn’t know what will happen in the house. Vinny also lets us in that his main focus this season is to hook up with “pretty quality girls.”

Meanwhile in other Shore news, the show’s creator, Sallyann Salsano, made headlines last week when she shared that she is so worried about the cast members contracting STDs that she hands out herpes medication “like M&Ms.”

“We hand it out like M&Ms! ‘Hey kids, it’s time for Valtrex!’ It’s like a herpes nest. They’re all in there mixing it up,” Salsano said.

Hollyscoop was able to interview the cast during a recent event and they appeared puzzled by Salsano’s comments. “Really? I did not even hear that. What set was this? I wasn’t passed out anything. What story was that?” The Situation said.

Added Sammi, “No, I have no idea anything about that. That is weird. I don’t know why she would say anything about that.”

There’s a new shocking report by UsWeekly magazine claiming The Hills star Heidi Montag might be addicted to painkillers after undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures last year.

According to US, sources on the set of The Hills fear that the 23 year-old reality star is in trouble.  “She’s a shell of her former self,” a show insider reveals. The source adds that Heidi and her husband, Spencer Pratt, have developed increasingly weird behavior, which includes falsely accusing the Hills creator of sexual harassment, and Spencer threatening the life of a female producer.

“They are addicted to the fame,” the source says. “As The Hills winds down and people start to care less, they are desperate to get back that high.”

In other news, PEOPLE magazine is reporting that Spencer has created a dating reality show for Emilio Masella, the ex-boyfriend of Jersey Shore star Snooki.  Despite only being dumped by Snooki just two weeks ago for being a famewhore, it seems Emilio is wasting zero time in moving on.

Apparently Spencer has a production company (who knew?), Pratt Productions, and has teamed up with Emilio for his new dating show, Fist Pumping for Love, which will follow Emilio as he travels the country “in search of love.”

“I am tired of these fake Italian girls,” said Emilio, who dated Snooki (real name Nicole Polizzi) for four months. “I want a real guid-ette who can speak Italian, so we are prepared to take my search from Hollywood, Calif., to the streets of Howard Beach in Queens, N.Y.”

TELL US – WILL YOU BE TUNING IN FOR FIST PUMPING FOR LOVE?

It seems drama always seems to follow Snooki wherever she goes. The latest is now that the break out star of Jersey Shore was involved in a bar fight over the weekend and got a drink thrown at her.

According to RadarOnline, the newly single MTV reality star, 22, was doing shots with her co-star Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, 23, at Ocean’s 10 bar in Miami this past Saturday when a man approached her.

“She was in a good mood, but this particular guy was obviously interested and she wasn’t,” said a witness to Radar. “She told him, ‘Don’t f— with me’ so he snatched her drink and walked off.”

“I guess he provoked her by wanting an apology and she flipped out,” the witness continued. Snooki then reached for food on her table and threw it at the guy before slapping him on his shoulder and his face, and tossing a plastic cup at him.

In response, the unidentified man reached for his own drink and drenched Snooki, much to her anger. Security ended up throwing him out.

The Jersey Shore cast continues to film its second season in Miami. It is set to debut July 29th on MTV.

Dina Manzo and Teresa Giudice, stars of the Real Housewives of New Jersey had a lot to say about the self proclaimed guidos and guidettes of MTV’s Jersey Shore in a recent interview. Dina and Teresa feel the show is a bad influence on children.

Table-Flipping Teresa’s thoughts on the hit phenomenon – “I’m not too big of a fan of everything they are doing. I want to teach my daughters especially, I have four of them, to have good morals and to respect themselves. I mean, I had a shore house and I never made out with another girl in the hot tub. You should respect yourself and respect your body.”

Dina also voiced her opinion on the cast – “I have met a couple of them. They are very nice people but I just think that young America needs to be a little but more responsible, and us as well, with what’s been on television. We shouldn’t be telling our kids, ‘Listen if you get drunk and go in a hot tub and make out you’ll get your own TV show.’ That’s my feeling towards it.”

Very interesting opinions from both ladies. In other Jersey Shore news, TMZ is reporting cast member Snooki has now dumped her boyfriend of a few months, personal trainer Emilio Masella.

According to reports, Snooki dumped Emilio after growing suspicious that the he was cheating and “using her for fame.” She apparently found him messaging flirty messages to other girls on facebook. TMZ also reports the final straw was when Snooki found out Emilio had auditioned for MTV’s other reality show – “The Real World.”

TMZ reached out to Emilio, who gave them the following statement – “All i kno is she was upset i tried out fornreal world nd left me a message sayin im single. Next i kno i wake up [Monday] morning and facebook says im single.”
