After Jacqueline called Teresa the “C” word at their last dinner in Vermont together, Teresa says she doesn’t even recognize her old friend. “She’s just not the Jacqueline that I know. The Jacqueline I know didn’t act that way.”
Last night was the dramatic conclusion of the Real Housewives Of New Jerseytrip to Vermont. What started as a half-hearted placebo of a cast trip which no one was really thrilled to be attending, turned into attack of the abominable Sno-Housewife roaring her icy accusations into everyone’s chicken wing salad. I don’t know that I was entertained, per se, but there were lots of twists and turns on the bobsled ride to hell and back!
Being around Jacqueline Laruita must be so exhausting. Like trying to chart tornado paths. Honestly – I’d rather just go hide in the bomb cellar, cause with Jacqueline you never know if you’re going to get Glinda the Good Witch or her sister, and no sparkly shoes are worth all that drama.
After watching a clip from tonight’s show, Teresa says she thought it was funny when Dolores Cataniawas saying she looked like Milania with her furry headband on. “I love my headbands. Especially when they have fur.”
Calling the trip neither fun nor drama-free, Melissa accuses Jacqueline of ruining it straight outta the gate! “I’ve said it before and it’s becoming more apparent that Jacqueline is WAAAY too invested in everyone else’s business,” she says. “She wants us all to believe her meddling ‘comes from a good place,’ but honestly, good for who?”
At this point, putting your name on products is customary for Real Housewives and Housewives alums. However, I can’t help wondering how involved these women are was “designers.” The only one that I’m not doubting when it comes to slapping her name on a product is Caroline Manzo who is making her own soaps in her kitchen. She is probably the only one that actually has a hand in making her own products and now you can buy Caroline’s soaps on Etsy.
Since Caroline is known for cooking up massive Italian meals for her family, I figured she would focus on something food related, so the soap selling seems a little random to me, but I guess it is made in her kitchen so that does make sense. And I really do think it’s nice that she is so genuinely involved in her own business, which is not always the case for these reality stars.
In her blog, Teresa shares that she’d hoped for a nice relaxing getaway to Vermont. Instead, there was “drama, drama and more drama!” Having made up with Jacqueline before the trip, Teresa hoped her frenemy would behave herself. “But everything that happened with her on this episode made me start to question her again. Whenever there was drama on this episode, Jacqueline was involved,” she admits. Too true.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been super dramatic, but there is definitely some dead weight if I’m keeping it real. You can fill in the blanks on this one, but in my opinion Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita, all make great TV, and then there are the other ladies…. I mean, people actually attacked Melissa’s 21-year-old store manager Derek Zagami, who was not even present, to get a story line. And now he is not working there anymore, is that a coincidence?
Really though. As much as I love this show (and I’m obsessed) the casting is just not 100%. Sure, I like the other cast members as people, but that doesn’t mean that they have what it takes to be entertaining on reality television. So I would actually love it if Danielle Staub returned. And believe it or not, Teresa actually agrees that Danielle should make a comeback. Wait. What?
