Porsha starts off sharing that she’s praying for Claudia. “Claudia’s attack was out of nowhere and I’ll always pray for my enemies and hope they find peace in their lives. She and I were not necessarily considered friends, but I had never spoken ill towards her, of her or tried to call her out. We had a professional relationship at Radio/Dish Nation. I know she wanted more of a friendship, but I have said previously I didn’t feel right about opening up to her.”
This story gets weirder by the minute. Yesterday some Reality Tea readers emailed us photos of posters that were plastered around Atlanta, depicting The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast with the slogan “Black Wives Matter,” a tacky play on the Black Lives Matter movement. Bravo reached out yesterday to clarify that they had nothing to do with the offensive posters. Today a company is apologizing for their part in the insensitive campaign, and seem to place blame on RHOA cast member Kenya Moore(or someone from her camp) for placing the poster order?!
We received a letter this afternoon from a group claiming to be behind the poster campaign. You can read it in its entirety below.
In her blog, Demetria discussed the madness in Puerto Rico, her apology to Phaedra Parks, the double standard within the group, and her performance.
Real Housewives of Atlanta is all about that drama! “These girls, these girls, these girls! My performance is approaching quickly and we’ve had nothing but shade, shadows, and pearl clutching the whole time,” said Demetria. “Really?! We are in Puerto Rico, why be so nasty and so rude?”
I mean, in case you didn’t catch the first twenty times it was mentioned, it’s not every day that NeNe apologizes. <eye roll> Claudia was not as impressed as NeNe’s ego expected her to be and more words were exchanged.
NeNe took to her blog to make sure we understand that NeNe only apologized for choosing that time and that place to call Claudia a whore. Otherwise, NeNe said what she said, and she meant it.
Several Reality Tea readers are outraged today after spotting racially insensitive ads popping up around Atlanta this weekend. The ads feature The Real Housewives of Atlanta with “Black Wives Matter” as a tagline. The ads are plastered all around the ATL and, as you can imagine, people are disgusted.
Our readers who sent over several examples of the ads are wondering if Bravo could be behind such a crass rip-off of the “Black Lives Matter” movement. I want to believe that Bravo has no idea this is going on!
First, Bravo may do some truly tacky and outrageous things at times, but being racially insensitive in such an offensive way doesn’t seem plausible. Second, while Bravo hasn’t bothered to update the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast photos in three seasons, this particular photo includes Porsha Williams. Porsha is no longer a full time Housewife and was photoshopped out of this year’s cast photo and Claudia Jordan was pasted in. And this “ad” photo also includes Demetria McKinney, who is also not a full time cast member. So it looks like an “outside” job and most likely not Bravo’s doing.
Remember last week when we shared a blind item about a Real Housewife who was about to leak a sex tape? And remember how we said Claudia Jordan‘s laptop had been stolen and that seemed mighty suspicious. Well, turns out sometimes we be reading minds – or minds be reading Reality Tea! Either way…
Claudia’s ex-boyfriend is speaking out and insisting that not only does the Real Housewife Of Atlanta star have a sex tape, but that she staged her car robbery and the stolen laptop as a convenient excuse for said sex-tape being leaked.
According to a police report Bryson was recently back in jail on a probation violation – and he was just ordered to rehab! The original arrest stems from a 2013 DUI when Bryson totaled his Dodge Charger by crashing it into two utility poles at 4:13 am. Despite telling officers the “darkness” made it difficult for him to see, leading to the accident, police administered a DUI test because of the “odor of alcoholic beverages” and Bryson had a BAC of .048! He was sentenced to 1 year probation and 30 days house arrest.
