Amid their lengthy and antagonistic divorce, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is accusing her estranged husband of child abuse.
In new documents, Kim claims Kroy Biermann has brought multiple women to their home and on vacations with their kids. Additionally, Kim says the kids “reported on multiple occasions not seeing [their dad] for hours on end.”
They also allegedly told their mom that they overheard Kroy engaging loudly “in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”

According to TMZ, Kim also claims that Kroy threw one of their sons over a couch during an argument. Kim added that the court-appointed guardian dismissed the incident, as the boy is a teenager, not a small child. But the Tardy for the Party singer insisted he’s still a child, regardless of his size.
Last month, Kim temporarily lost custody of the four children she shares with Kroy, after he accused her of neglect. Furthermore, Kim claimed that when two of her children expressed where they wished to live, the guardian called them liars. She alleges that the guardian always takes Kroy’s side, even recommending that he be awarded primary custody.
Even though Kim claims to have informed the guardian of Kroy’s alleged mental, emotional, and physical abuse, “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.’”
According to Kim, she is “constantly contacted” by the kids while in Kroy’s custody. She claims they ask her for food when they’re hungry or medicine if they’re sick.
After Kroy claimed Kim failed to show up for court-ordered therapy sessions, he filed for and was granted sole custody of their minor children.
Though the couple split in 2023, they have repeatedly reconciled and broken up again since then. At this time, a final divorce decree seems a long ways off.
