Lisa has filed a lawsuit against a website commenter named Jessica Lederman for making false accusations about her. Jessica allegedly wrote comments claiming that Lisa "was an escort who also did soft porn in Vegas".
Lisa isn't taking the remarks siting down and filed a lawsuit, asking for $15,000 in damages! She claims that the random commenter has "damaged her reputation and threatened both her employment and social life."
Kim G. and her crew of "The New Jersey Socialites" have been busy filming their premiere episodes. Earlier this week they filmed for a good cause: the #ForNico charity event, held at Seasons. Nico Santoli, the 22-month-old son of Bergen Catholic football and wrestling coach Dominic Santoli and Christina Santoli, is battling Unilateral Retinoblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer that affects the eyes. The benefit dinner helped raise funds for his mounting medical bills.
Shown in the photo gallery are those who were in attendance as well as other A-List celebs who support the cause. Christina Santoli and Dominic Santoli (Event Hosts), Kim Granatell (The New Jersey Socialites), Howard Rolnick (The New Jersey Socialites),Tom Murro (The New Jersey Socialites) Kim Hiza (The New Jersey Socialites) and the show's producer Joel Raatz. Other supporters shown (but not in attendance at last night's taping: Leonardo DiCaprio, Dwayne Johnson, Joe and Teresa Giudice, Jessica Simpson, Jacqueline and Chris Lauritaand more!
TELL US – WILL YOU CHECK OUT KIM'S NEW SHOW WHEN IT AIRS?
It's been pretty quiet on the Heidi Montag/Spencer Prattfront lately. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining! Reality's most hated couple has been engaging in their inappropriate and selfish behavior across the pond, and I have to give Britain a slow clap for keeping them over there as long as it has.
If Speidi gets their (it's?) way, the disastrous duo will have a gig all of their own soon…no more slumming it on "celebrity" reality competitions. It kind of makes you feel sorry for the United Kingdom, doesn't it?
Oh how the mighty have fallen. The original reality star and gossip maven Paris Hilton is trying really hard to remain relevant…just not in the country. Hey, you have to give her credit for knowing when to quit, right?
The star has recently been featured on the Danish nightmare Paradise Hotel, where couples compete to see who can last the longest amid the drinking, craziness, casual sex. It sounds right up Paris' alley! The X-rated show has long been criticized, but that hasn't stopped Paris from making bank, and doing so out of the public eye of her biggest followers.
This was a good week for our favorite reality shows! It seems that everyone is getting back into the swing of 2013, and with a routine comes our favorite old habits…watching some of the most fantastically trashy television series known to man.
It's not until I hear news like this that I remember how flipping awesome the Olympics were…and now, they're coming back to us (sort of) thanks to Ryan Lochte and (no surprise here) E! Yes, that's right, everyone's himbo with the washboard abs has finally secured his own reality show.
Ryan made a splash (so sorry) in the 2012 Summer Games in London, and he was noticed just as much for his classic good looks, piercing blue eyes, and diamond studded grill as he was for his gold medal winning prowess. Granted, you can practically hear the hamster wheel circling in his head when he tries to form a thought, but he sure is pretty.
That said, according to executive producer John Stevens, BUCKWILD isn't all about the mud racing, body licking, squirrel hunting, reckless driving, and garbage throwing you've seen in the previews. (though that does sound lovely)
John says, "Look at any TV or movie trailer out there, and it will grab your attention with the most outrageous stuff. That's just a formula that broadcasters and movie companies have used forever. I don't think that's indicative of what the show is. BUCKWILD has a lot of wild moments to it, but I think it's got tons of heart, and I think you're going to see some really fun kinds of relationships."
MTV mirrors John's sentiment, stating, "The BUCKWILD cast's bond with family and friends is always at the core for this eccentric group where anything goes!"
