They’ve gone country – look at them boots! Recent gossip has been speculating that Bravo is hoping to explore it’s southern roots and expand their Real Housewives franchise below the Mason-Dixon line. Real Housewives of Atlanta has long remained one of the most popular of the Housewives franchises and with all the recent country fascination it seems the network that has brought us wealthy ladies behaving badly from everywhere wants to get in on the action!

Rumors have been circulating for a while that a Real Housewives of Dallas was in the works, but we haven’t heard much about an alleged franchise in quite some time. Perhaps with all the other Texas reality shows, Bravo is thinking the lonestar state is played out. Now comes rumors that a Housewives series from the birthplace of country music and the Grand Ole Opry may be coming our way. That’s right, y’all Real Housewives of Nashville! Woo-HOO! I would so love this.

Life may be a “Tripp” for Bristol Palin, but life’s not a beach at the moment, as her upcoming reality show, ‘Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp‘,  may be shut down over a new lawsuit filed by Kyle Massey and his brother Christopher.

Kyle (who met and bonded with Bristol on DWTS) and Christopher had worked with Bristol on a reality show that was going to feature Bristol and her son moving to L.A., with the Massey brothers helping her adjust to life in California.   The tentative title was “Bristol-ogy 101“.  Wait, really? Christopher was a star on ‘Zoey 101′.  Seems a little lacking in creativity.

Well, well…  it seems the famewhore momagers on Toddlers & Tiaras aren’t earning a penny for pimping out and embarrassing their children on national TV. That makes the show even more pathetic!

RadarOnline is reporting that the popular TLC show does not pay its participants. They probably spent all their money on Kate Gosselin. “Toddlers & Tiaras does not pay their kids. They survive off of finding unique stories that draw in viewers,” an insider reveals.

“They don’t even pay for the families’ entry fees into the pageants,” the insider adds. “But the moms do it because it’s good exposure for their little girls and that’s exactly what they want.”

There must be something in the water because it’s baby news galore in the reality TV world. It seems everyone is pregnat, trying to be, or talking about babies!

First up, Teen Mom star Catelynn Lowell is reportedly pregnant with baby no 2! Months before she’s due to walk down the aisle with fiancé Tyler Baltierra, Catelynn is apparently telling friends she is expecting.

Jamie Pyrzewski, a friend of the reality star shared the news with the never reliable In Touch Weekly. “She said, ‘You’re never going to believe it: I’m pregnant,’” Jamie dishes, adding that she is one of the first people out of a small group of friends and family that Catelynn told – which is why she’s spilling the details to a national magazine.

“We were both quiet. I asked how she felt about it. She said she was nervous and scared,” Jamie adds. At first Catelynn was apparently panicked, but now she’s thrilled.

The famewhore parents-of-the-year are at it again. Michael Lohan is stamping his feet and crying foul to any media outlet who’ll listen because his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, has landed herself not one, but TWO new reality shows.

Dina is slated to star on both “Hollywood Exes” and “DramaMamas“. It’s the latter show that has Michael up in arms. The series will feature Dina and others mentoring youngsters who are hoping to make it on Broadway.

Many have wondered – especially me – just how much money do the ladies of Real Housewives get to act like such loons on national television. Oh, whoops – I meant: How much do they make to act like such classy examples of wealthy American women. Freudian slip!

Anyway, RadarOnline seems to have the answers I’ve been looking for. According to the sometimes right usually not site, Vicki Gunvalson – the OG of all Housewives everywhere – earns a whopping $450,000 per season to obsess about working and have various meltdowns.

I will say, like her or not, Vicki has more or less remained her same wacky self throughout the years and I don’t think she’s acting for the cameras… unlike some of the other grossly overpaid high earning reality stars! Like NeNe Leakes, for instance! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is reportedly the highest paid of all the women in the franchises – commanding an insane $750,000 per season.

Following the return of Keeping up with the Kardashians tonight, is the premiere of the new reality series Mrs. Eastwood & Company.

From the press release:

Mrs. Eastwood & Company is an all-new series chronicling the lives of Dina Eastwood, the wife of Oscar-winning film legend Clint Eastwood, and their daughters, Francesca (18) and Morgan (15), and Overtone, the all-male six member vocal group from South Africa managed by Dina.

The series is an unprecedented look at the surprisingly normal extended and blended family of one of Hollywood’s most iconic superstars, and entreats viewers to witness for themselves that familial bonds are shaped by more than simple DNA. Developed by Executive Producer Jeff Jenkins for Bunim-Murray Productions, the series follows Dina, Francesca, Morgan, the six members of Overtone and those intimately involved in their world, wherever their lives may take them, from their home in the idyllic coastal enclave of Carmel, California, to Los Angeles and beyond.

Dina has shared that Clint was supportive of her desire to do a reality TV show with Francesca, Morgan, and Overtone. Clint will appear in several episodes, but he won’t be a focus of the new series.

Dina admits that she was a nervous wreck filming the new show, but was more at ease since Clint was off filming a new movie. She says her husband was on board with the show, but had just one rule.

Yesterday The Hollywood Reporter revealed their list of Reality TV’s 50 Most Powerful people. It’s no surprise that Ryan Seacrest, the American Idol host and the man behind the Kardashian dynasty and break-out mega hit Shahs of Sunset, landed himself in spot number one.

Beating out gazillionaire multi-hyphenate – and friend – Simon Cowell (who nabbed the 8th spot), Ryan’s reality TV endeavors rake him in an estimated $50M per year. I wonder how much he made on Kim Kardashian‘s made-for-TV wedding?

So what’s next for Ryan? The 37-year-old mogul just inked a $15M deal to remain on AI for two more seasons, he’ll be providing coverage for the summer Olympics, and he’s producing a new reality show about former teen idols, the Jonas Brothers. Oh, brother…
