Real Housewives of New Jersey

Teresa Giudice talks RHONJ reunion

To be honest, I felt pretty blah about this current Real Housewives of New Jersey season. In my opinion, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Jacqueline Laurita really brought their A game….and I’ll let you fill in the rest. But things did start to heat up once the battle lines were drawn after the crazy Vermont trip when Jacqueline came for both Melissa and Teresa. After all of that, I’m curious to see how the reunion went down.

Teresa recently described it as “pretty epic.” That’s saying a lot since the last few reunions seemed to be pretty tough for the notorious table flipper. It sounds like she felt like she won her battles, defended herself well, or something else positive. Hopefully it’s not a total love fest and she just put Jacqueline in her place. Nevertheless, I cannot wait to see how it all goes down and what Tre and the other ladies think about it.

Joe and Melissa Gorga's Franklin Lakes mansion

Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga always have something in the works when it comes to real estate on Real Housewives of New Jersey. It seems as if they are always remodeling, decorating, or building a home.

To throw it back to Melissa’s first season on RHONJ, she claimed that she and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice had a competitive relationship and some of the tension stemmed from their Jersey mansions. Now, Joe and Melissa‘s Franklin Lakes mansion has a buyer.

Siggy Flicker

Siggy Flicker‘s so against conflict and drama, yet she’s on Real Housewives of New Jersey. I’m confused. Having a heart of gold and wanting to be a peacemaker is all good in real life, but Siggy’s mission to solve all of the issues on this show is going to make it boring to watch.

Siggy had such potential when she first showed up on the scene immediately after a face lift while she drank lobster bisque through a straw, but she is trying to be a group therapist on a show with viewers who live for the fighting. It doesn’t line up for me. And not only that, but what is her story line? Aside from getting involved with other people’s lives, please tell me. Someone? Please.

Dolores hosts a Housewarming Party

Last night was the pre-finale for Real Housewives Of New Jersey. Since Jacqueline Laurita had laryngitis, she let Milinia do all the talking for her. Finally because at least Milania’s outbursts make a lot more sense! A silent Jacq is still deadly though… thank be the powers of the smart phone put into dumb hands.

Oh that Milania, I don’t care – I love her. Teresa Giudice acknowledges that Milania is not adjusting well to Juicy being “away.” And why should she? On Juicy’s first day in the slammer, Joe, Melissa Gorga, and the kids come over with sprinkle cookies Chinese food to check in on Teresa and the girls. They find Milania mouthing off all kinds of projecting, and Teresa is in a tailspin.

Teresa Giudice

I would not say Teresa Giudice is qualified to accuse anyone of ruining her family’s reputation, but nobody ever found her guilty of logic. With her newfound love and lightTeresa accuses Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri of trying to keep the family drama alive because “it’s about the money and it’s all about the fame” for them.

Teresa only has room in her heart for one family reconciliation and that glorious spot is reserved for Joe and Melissa. Teresa stands by her decision to cut Kathy and Rosie out of her life like cancer. Also, I blame their affiliation with Jacqueline Laurita, but you lie down with attack dogs…

Teresa Giudice

Obviously that last episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey was a tough one for Teresa Giudice to watch since it is the one where she and her family said goodbye to Joe Giudice as he left for his prison sentence. Like her or not, it’s clear that Teresa is a pretty strong person, so I’m sure she will fare just fine. On the bright side, it seems like things are all good with her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. The one person who she’s definitely not cool with (at all) is Jacqueline Laurita.

I was honestly a little offended that Jacqueline and any Housewife not named Teresa were so prominently featured during such a crucial episode, but I really couldn’t stomach it when Jacqueline was talking about how she was so upset seeing Joe and Teresa hug before he left. It didn’t seem authentic and it’s hard to follow her train of thought: does she love Teresa or hate her? I get that life isn’t that black and white, but it’s just such two extremes going from wanting to be BFF’s to constantly trashing her. And well, Teresa isn’t here for it.

Why is Siggy Flicker always crying?

I had high hopes for Siggy Flicker when she first appeared on Real Housewives of New Jersey wrapped up in bandages from her face lift, sipping lobster bisque from a straw. That moment set the bar pretty high in my eyes. And apparently that bar was a little too high since (in my opinion) Siggy has zero involvement in any of the show’s story lines and is just there to promote being a “relationship expert” by fixing the trouble between the ladies.

I don’t blame her since so many women have given their careers a boost from being on these shows, but I just wish that she provided some sort of juicy story line. I feel like such a hater, but I’m just speaking the truth, I want more from my RHONJ ladies.

Jacqueline Laurita

If you have been waiting for Jacqueline Laurita‘s take on the last episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey, sorry, you’re sh-t out of luck.

Jacqueline claims she “can’t remember” the last episode, adding, “So I’m just going to share my thoughts on Melissa Gorga because…why not?” She says Melissa is a “two-faced trouble making RAT!” who lies. A lot. “The list is a mile long. It’s insane. I will save some of her lies in my back pocket for a later time.”

Jac blames Melissa for her “scattered emotions” about Teresa Giudice. Not PMS? Not her period? What happened to those convenient excuses?
