We open with Melissa Gorgawatching the news of Teresa and Joe heading to court to plead guilty to a 41-count federal indictment for a staggering number of financial frauds. Melissa, proving she’s no more an actress than a pop star, pretends to be shocked and worried for Teresa. Melissa vows to be there for Teresa.
She calls her on the phone where Teresa is stirring a pot of colored water on the stove because the script read ‘pretend to cook ingredientzes’. Melissa expresses her concern and Teresa says they haven’t pled to anything yet, while Gia sits there with tears filling her eyes. I am really sad to see that reports were true and Teresa will indeed be filming how the legal situation affects her daughters.
Teresa Giudice is the master of putting on a happy face, despite the drama surrounding her. She’s always pretending everything is fine! But finally, unfortunately, the facade is being forced to crack as she and husband Joe Giudice deal with the upcoming federal sentencing related to a 41 count fraud indictment and the sudden loss of Joe’s father.
In addition, with Real Housewives of New Jersey airing, Teresa’s problems are about to be thrust in our faces to dissect. And of course, since nothing with RHONJ is as it seems, the recent so-called reunited Teresa and Melissa Gorga are already falling apart.
Reality Tea received an exclusive scoop from an inside source about what’s going on behind the scenes at RHONJ ‘Headquarters’.
Real Housewives of New Jersey is upon us – and with it comes the mayhem that always follows. With a brand new cast – that also includes their own family drama – plus the addition of Melissa Gorga‘s former bestie Amber Marchese, things are bound to get interesting. Finally somebody that knew Missy way back when..
Melissa warns – it gets exciting! “There’s some hair-pulling! There’s arguments, there’s a lot of laughs. I definitely think the new girls came ready to go. I think the viewers are going to love watching all of this unexpected stuff.”
Melissa is also gearing up for a different kind of season; one where she and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice finally aren’t at odds. “I feel like I don’t want to fight anymore. I think we’ve agreed to disagree on certain things,” Melissa says of her relationship with Teresa. “There’s a bigger picture going on obviously in her life. I think right now, she needs family, and it’s a time for family to back her up, and her brother and I are here for her.”
Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga and Dina Manzo stopped by to chat with the ladies of The View this week. Teresa Tweeted the photo above, “Great interview at @theviewtv with @JennyMcCarthy @SherriEShepherd.”
During her interview Teresa shared that she’s focused on her family and grieving her father-in-law. “This past year has been like a roller coaster. It’s been an amazing education on the way our legal system works. Right now what I’m focusing on is my family. I just lost my father-in-law. My husband, not only did he lose his dad but he lost his best friend…that’s what I’m focusing on my family.”
Are yous ready for this? Real Housewives of New Jersey is ba-ack this Sunday. Before we dive into the new New Jersey, let’s rehash last season so we’re all prepared. Undoubtedly the theme for season five was Love & Fight. The cast made amends and broke up every other episode!
We were promised a season of family reunification but it was really more of the same old family crucification. The cast took their battling, bickering, and brawling all across the USA since Juicy was banned from international travel via his bail agreement #FlightRisk, where they attempted to mend fences with therapists, magic pony rides, and “truthing” exercises. And it all came crashing down again when they took a little venture to The Land of Posche.
In the end, we ended up right back where we started, but at least Bravo fired some people and a new cast might bring new dramas. Here’s hoping! Oh – and Teresa Giudice got indicted, so that’s also something new.
Melissa Gorga and two of the newbie housewives, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, did a few press events together yesterday. The ladies stopped by Extra’s NYC studios at H&M in Times Square to do an interview and chat about the new season.
I think it’s just now hitting me that our only ‘originals’ this year will be Melissa (not technically an original), Teresa Giudice and returning former casts member Dina Manzo. I know not everyone loved Caroline Manzo or Jacqueline Laurita, but it’s going to be a totally different dynamic without them! And it sounds like we won’t be seeing as much of Kathy and Rich Wakile this time around, either.
I’m curious to see what the new cast members bring this season, but if it doesn’t work out, I’m voting for the return of the original cast – Danielle Staub and all! Are you with me?
Last week Kai shared his side, including extensive photos and statements about the condition of the home, which he was in the process of purchasing from the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars. He also explained the issues with the bounced payments. Since then, Patterson went ahead and ordered a full inspection of the home and shared the results with us. We’re attaching the pdf below if you’d like to take a look at all 38 pages! The inspection is a thorough list of things in need of attention and repair and further investigation.
Despite a long list of issues, Kai still wants to buy the mansion. He chatted up Radar Online about trying to work things out with the Gorgas and moving forward with the purchase!
Lucky gal Teresa gets more time to spend with her doting husband Joe, but also more time to fret and worry over the possibility of winding up in prison! And that makes Teresa sad, because she doesn’t think they let you bring your shiny, sequined bikini collection to the slammer… She’s watched OITNB – she knows!
As the Real Housewives of New Jersey star faces the very real possibility that she could be headed for prison, Teresa admits she’s petrified and not coping well. “No one can ever prepare themselves to go to prison,” she acknowledges. “More importantly, how could I ever prepare myself to be away from my kids? It’s too terrifying for me to even think about.”
