Bachelorette Emily Maynard Hopes for No Hot Tubs, Jesse Csincsak Warns Emily’s Suitors to “Run” While Former Contestant Lindzi Cox Wishes Her the Best!

With the Bachelorette premiering in less than a week, everyone (that may be a stretch), including me, is wondering what to expect from mild-mannered single mom Emily Maynard. She infamously turned down being the Bachelorette (much to Bentley Williams’ chagrin) after first being approached, explaining she wanted to live out of the limelight with young daughter Ricki. However, the rose veteran and former “winner” of Brad Womack’s (second) season, has since done a one-eighty, agreeing to let twenty-five ~~cheesy~~ eligible bachelors vie for her hand in marriage on the show’s eighth season.

Realitytvworld.com has the skinny on her latest print interview in the upcoming PEOPLE magazine. Emily talks of finding love, little Ricki, and those ever-present hot tub scenes the ABC franchise loves to exploit.

The newest Bachelorette tells the magazine, “I don’t want to be kissing every guy. I want to still be a lady. I’m a mom first,” adding, “I’m hoping the hot tubs have been completely phased out.”

Emily also doesn’t want date time to ever interfere with daughter time. While Ricki has been traveling with mom throughout the season, she has spent a lot of time hanging out with her grandparents and a nanny, and, according to Emily, loving every minute of it. Emily reveals, “[The show] has been so good at making sure there’s time scheduled for the two of us.”

Report – Bachelor Contestants Planning To File Class Action Lawsuit Against Show!

According to a report, past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants have had it with the show’s super strict rules and are not taking it any more!

The coalition or planned class action lawsuit rather is being led by Jesse Csincsak, winner of the Bachelorette season 4 with Deanna Pappas.

In an interview with CupidsPulse.com, Jesse reveals he and other show contestants have spoken to attorneys and are in discussion to file the lawsuit against the show’s creators Mike Fleiss and Elan Gale.

“Once you’re on the show, they own you,” Jesse said. ”Even when your contract is up, they still interfere in your life and prevent you from promoting other brands and making money.”

Jesse, who does a lot of interviews/blogs posts about the shows and even hosts Bachelor(ette) events, reveals the last straw for him came when Gale contacted his business partners and other companies telling them not to work with him. Jesse adds that the producers have also contacted former other show contestants threatening to blacklist them if they participate in any of his events.

Jesse, who is now married to former Bachelor contestant Ann Lueders, explains how the planned class action lawsuit came about. “I had planned to file my own lawsuit last month but after discussions with numerous people and former Bachelor contestants, we realized that this issue is much bigger than me,” he said.

And in a separate interview with Star magazine earlier this month, the former pro skateboarder referred to Fleiss as a bully. “He thinks he owns me and can keep me from making money. I just want to feed my family,” said Jesse, adding: “I want Fleiss to treat me like he wants to be treated… if he wants me to leave him alone, he needs to leave me alone.”

Yikes, this is certain to get ugly. It, however, appears Jesse and others have a real shot at winning this case as back in 2003, the show’s producers sued former Bachelor Season 4 star, Bob Guiney, accusing him of violating his contract by promoting his cd and music video. Bob ended up winning that case.

It was also reported last month that the show filed a lawsuit against Steve Carbone, who operates the site RealitySteve.com, known for revealing pretty accurate spoilers about the show. The lawsuit alleged Steve was offering contestants financial incentives to break their show contracts.

Former Bachelorette Star DeAnna Pappas Marries Stephen Stagliano!

DeAnna Pappas is a Bachelorette no more!

The former ABC star tied the knot over the weekend with her beau Stephen Stagliano! And if Stephen looks familiar, it’s because his twin brother Michael Stagliano recently starred on The Bachelor Pad.

According to UsWeekly, DeAnna, 29, wed Stephen on Saturday in the Serenbe community of Palmetto, GA.

“We’re so ecstatic to be husband and wife and we’re thrilled to be sharing this day with all our family and friends,” the couple told UsWeekly.

Stephen, a high school teacher, proposed to DeAnna back in May 2010 with a 2.12-carat white-gold ring.

DeAnna starred on the Bachelorette season 4 back in 2008. She and Stephen met in 2009 months after DeAnna called off her engagement to her then fiance/winner of her Bachelorette season Jesse Csincsak. Congrats to the happy couple!

Did Bachelorette Ashley Hebert Sleep With Ben Flajnik Night Before Proposal? Plus A Past Break-Up With JP?

While Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert continues to enjoy her engagement to fiance J.P. Rosenbaum, two new reports are now painting a not so flattering picture of the relationship.

First is a report by Star magazine which claims that Ashley slept with runner-up Ben Flajnik the night before JP’s proposal and that JP is now outraged about it.

“There have been major issues. JP can’t seem to get past Ashley’s night with Ben,” a source close to the show tells Star magazine. “She definitely slept with him, and JP is spitting mad.”

Another source states JP and Ashley are having a hard time moving forward because Ben has been telling others about his night with Ashley. “Ben has some growing up to do,” Ashley’s pal says. “I think by talking about having sex with Ashley he is trying to appease his male ego. Ben really liked Ashley; he was completely crushed when she didn’t pick him.”

Even more shocking, former Bachelorette winner Jesse Csincsak reveals that it’s quite common for the Bachelorette to have sex her final two contenders. “Everyone always sleeps with the finale two, and I’ve heard this season was no different,” Jesse notes. “The problem of hooking up with both finalists has been the downfall of many of the show’s engagements.” Wowzers.

Meanwhile, another report by Life & Style magazine states Ashley and JP have already experienced a break-up. The mag reports JP, who was having a hard time seeing Ashley with other guys on the show, actually ended things about a month ago.

“J.P. ended it,” a friend tells Life & Style. “It just wasn’t working out, and when JP is upset about something, he’ll just say, ‘Okay, it’s over.’” J.P. however coudn’t stay away from his fiance as “a few days later, they got back together,” says the friend.

“Since they patched things up and their engagement is out in the open now, they’ve got new hope and are looking forward to living together,” assures the source.

Weeks after her nasty split with Jake Pavelka became public, Vienna Girardi is still milking the situation celebrating being a newly single gal!

The former Bachelor “winner” hosted a “Single and Fabulous” party Saturday at Tao Beach and Palazzo Las Vegas’ LAVO. “It was a pretty much a girls-only weekend,” a source tells UsWeekly. “They had fun.

While hosting the beach party at TAO beach, a source reveals Vienna told the crowd, “It’s great to be single and fabulous, Hpnotiq shots for everyone!”

As for how she’s coping with the public split, she is “doing great,” according to an insider. “She went through a tough time, and she’ll never forget it. She feels like she put herself out there and got slapped in the face. It doesn’t matter how thick skinned you are, it’s going to hurt.”

It also seems Vienna is not the only one who made a splash this weekend. RadarOnline is reporting Jake Pavelka was photographed on Sunday paddleboarding with a mystery female friend in an attempt to put those pesky gay rumors to rest.

And for the three people who miss seeing Jake on television, fret not as he’s 15-minutes of fame aren’t over just yet. He will be making a cameo appearance on the Lifetime TV show Drop Dead Diva, as well as ABC’s new reality series, Bachelor Pad, when it debuts on August 9. Are Jillian And Ed Staying Together Because Of Money?

Despite cheating allegations and rumors of a break up, newly engaged Bachelorette couple Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski are still together.

An insider told In Touch Weekly that both Ed and Jillian plan to stay engaged and work through the problems, specifically the cheating allegations. “When Jillian accepted Ed’s proposal, she was starting to fall in love,” the magazine reports.

The insider continues, saying it wasn’t until after accepting the $60,000 ring that Jillian started to hear rumors that Ed might have kept company with a past girlfriend, among others.

A lot of people are wondering why Jillian has agreed to stay with Ed despite all the evidence pointing to him cheating. Former Bachelorette contestant, DeAnna Pappas believes money might be a factor.

“Hours after my finale, I was bombarded with offers for endorsements, special appearances and more,” Pappas told In Touch. “But the catch was they wanted both me and my fiancé (Jesse Csincsak).”

Four months following the final rose ceremony and proposal, DeAnna and Jesse broke up. Both were offered $10,000 to appear at a nightclub and $5,000 to appear at a mall.

“If Jesse and I stayed together, we could have easily cashed in,” Pappas said. “But for me, it felt like selling out.”

UPDATE – Edited to add that ABC paid the first Bachelorette, Trista Rehn and husband Ryan Sutter, $1 million to televise their wedding back in 2003. So Jillian and Ed making it down the aisle could mean big bucks for the couple.
