You know how those Kardashian sisters roll…always in the midst of a lawsuit. Well it seems that their ~~inability to be creative~~ habit of borrowing ideas is rubbing off on they friend and E! prince Ryan Seacrest who finds himself on the receiving end of an infringement suit.

At least he's not alone, as Khloe Kardashian Odom and husband Lamar Odom are about to find themselves in the same boat as dear, ol' Ryan. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so the state of New York should feel extra special right about now!

It's not her fault that sister Kim made a sex tape and her mom Kris Jenner used that to catapult the family into major famewhoredom.

The Game Shoots Down Rumors Of A Hook Up With Khloe Kardashian Odom; Kim Kardashian Kontinues To Sell Wedding Gifts On EBay

You know one thing I've noticed? When Khloe Kardashian Odom is in the tabloids, it's usually some twisted rumor perpetuated by paparazzi photos. When her sister Kim Kardashian is in the tabloids, she's usually put herself there willingly in a misguided attempt to get more attention. Unfortunately for Kim, it never works out how she planned, and the backlash is usually hilarious for the rest of us.

Yesterday, a photo of Khloe hugging a man who is not husband Lamar Odom surfaced, so clearly the girl is having a scandalous affair…that, or she and brother Rob are participating in a rapper friend's fitness program. The former sounds more exciting though, doesn't it? Meanwhile, Kim is trying to rid herself of all things Kris Humphries before all of her love child with Kanye West is born. While I'm assuming she's trying to garner sympathy, hawking high-end designer shoes and a one-of-a-kind clutch to the highest bidder on ebay doesn't make me feel all that badly for poor Kimmie. Go figure. At least she's doing it for charity…a "portion" of the proceeds go to Life Change Community Church. You know, the church her mother Kris Jenner co-founded.

PHOTOS: Khloe Kardashian Shows Off Her New Puppy While Filming And Shopping With Kim

Filming for the new season of Keeping up with the Kardashians is underway and Brody Jenner isn't the only "new" cast member! Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom have adopted a puppy, who we're sure will be a central character from here on out.

Khloe introduced her new puppy on her blog. She wrote, "Lamar surprised me yesterday with this boxer puppy! He named him Bernard Hopkins after a famous pro fighter and we call him BHop. How cute is this face?!?!? I am madly head over heels in love!"

Khloe and preggo sis Kim were snapped filming their show while they did some baby shopping yesterday afternoon in Beverly Hills, with BHop in tow. See photos below!

BHop isn't exactly a "purse dog" kind of dog, so it seems awkward to haul a big puppy around shopping, doesn't it?

Child Support Hearings Make Lamar Odom Very Sleepy!

I make my living railing on the Kardashians, but I've never really thought about what it means to be associated with them. Case in point–Lamar Odom has been in court this week hashing out issues with his ex-wife about their children regarding visitation and child support.

More than that, it's weird to see Lamar's ex Liza Morales be in the thick of all things media related just because she happens to have kids with someone who has now married into the fame hungry family. Although Liza doesn't strike me as someone who is bothered by the attention! I'm happy to report that Khloe has yet to weigh in on the legal beef her husband is facing. What? A Kardashian isn't kashing in on drama surrounding her family? I knew I liked Khloe for a reason!
