Usmagazine has confirmed that Heidi and Spencer Pratt will return to the NBC reality show I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! Apparently they never left.
“Heidi and Spencer are still in the jungle and part of the show,” their rep told Us Wednesday morning.
Us also reports that Spencer’s sister Stephanie and his friend Spenser (yes, spelled with an ‘s’) were the people under the blankets at L.A.’s LAX airport Tuesday night disguising as Heidi and Spencer. Of course, they were used as a distraction to throw people off and make fans think both Spencer and Heidi had returned to L.A., says a source.
Spencer and Heidi had already tried to quit the show at least twice and now they seem to have un-quit. I can’t seem to keep count of their attempts to quit.
On Tuesday’s show, we saw them leave but I guess they are back. These two apparently love the attention.
Before leaving the show’s premiere, Heidi told other contestants that they will be missed but now they are back!
Ready or not, NBC will be punishing gracing us tonight with the premier of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! I can’t help but feel that there should be quotation marks around celebrity in that title. I was going to simply say no to this reality show until I saw the above photo. The thought of the infamous douche aka Spencer Pratt possibly catching a beat down is worth the torture of watching this show.
The show premiers tonight on NBC at 8/7c. Joining Heidi and Spencer Pratt will be Janice Dickenson, Lou Diamond Phillips, Stephen Baldwin, American Idol alum Sanjaya Malakar, and Patti Blagojevich, the wife of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojovich— as they all compete to win money for charity.
Following an explosive season, Joan Rivers has been named the celebrity apprentice. The final competition was between Annie Duke & Joan Rivers. Both contestants had to choose their teammates. Annie’s team consisted of Dennis Rodman, Tom Green and Brande Roderick while Joan chose Clint Black, Melissa Rivers & Herschel Walker. This season was of the most exciting yet challenging for the contestants. The final goal was to create a charity auction in collaboration with Kodak & Cirque du Soliel. Even though Annie’s team made the most money, Joan’s team was successful in inviting celebrities to attend the event consequently making Joan the next apprentice.
The best part of the show is being able to raise money for the charities. So in my opinion the show was definitely a success. Not to worry, the apprentice will return for its third season. If you missed any of the drama you can visit the NBC website to watch the videos.
In what looks to be nothing short of a freak show, The Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag met up with ousted Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich this week in LA to take promo pictures for NBC’s new reality show – I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
The attention whoring reality show couple have signed up to appear on the new reality show scheduled to air this summer. Ex-Governor Rod Blagojevich was also signed on for the show, but dropped out when a judge ruled earlier this week that he is not allowed to leave the country while still under investigation. He however for some reason still decided to fly out to LA to take promo pictures.
The show is set to premiere on NBC on June 1. It will involve dropping 10 celebrities into a Costa Rican jungle to face challenges and elimination.
The other “celebrities” signed on for the show include -
Khloe Kardashian was fired on this week’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice and she is not happy about it! Khloe wasn’t fired because of something she did wrong on the show, but rather for a DUI she received in 2007.
Khloe took to her blog to defend herself. “It wasn’t because of my work ethic, it wasn’t because I was slacking,” she writes, “It was because of my DUI. I don’t think I should have been fired for that reason alone. I just wish Mr. Trump would have handled the situation a little differently.”
Kim also chimed in, “I was a little disappointed at how she was given the boot,” she writes. “She obviously made an awful mistake but definitely has taken responsibility for her actions and we are all very proud of her.”
