Following her devastating miscarriage, E! News reporter Giuliana Rancic is now opening up about trying for a baby again.
In a new interview with UsWeekly, the star of Style network’s Giuliana & Bill says she and her husband Bill Rancic are optimistic about their chances.
“The good news is that IVF did work as we did get pregnant,” Giuliana, 36, told UsWeekly. “Sometimes I have to get [injections] 21 days in a row, three times a day. It’s a lot. But you’ve got to do it.”
Giuliana however praises Bill, 39, who helps administer the shots to his needle-fearing wife. “Bill could honestly be on Grey’s Anatomy,” Giuliana said. “He could be McRancic.”
Giuliana also adds that she and Bill are open to other options if the IVF fails to work this time. “We’ve gotten probably 40 women who have offered to be surrogates,” said Giuliana. “And the other day I got an email saying, ‘My niece is having a baby, and she’s giving it up for adoption and we’d like to give it up to you.”
