Bad Girls Club’s Catya Washington Released, Assigned Ankle Bracelet Plus More Legal Drama

Good news and bad news for Bad Girls Club Miami star Catya Washington.

According to TMZ, Catya was released from a Philadelphia jail earlier this week just in time for thanksgiving. The bad news? Catya has been placed under house arrest along with some new bling — an ankle bracelet to track her every move.

If you recall, Cayta was arrested back on Nov. 2 and charged with carrying a gun illegally along with possessing cocaine, Ecstasy and mushrooms. Her bail was set at $500,000. She was finally able to post $50,000 for her bail this week and is due back in court on Dec. 13.

But unfortunately for Cat, she has even more legal drama to deal with. See Cat was also arrested on October 18th stemming from an incident that occurred during the summer.

Cat reportedly rear ended another woman’s car, who just happened to be the wife of the guy she was dating at the time.  She then allegedly got out of her car, repeatedly struck the woman in the face with a chain, pulled out a can of mace and sprayed the other woman.

Cops charged her with aggravated assault, inflicting serious bodily injury, possession of an instrument of crime (mace), and recklessly endangering another person.

She’s also due back in court on December 14 for those charges.  Safe to say Cat is taking the whole being a bad girl thingy a tad too seriously.
