If Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries keep going the way they’re going, this is going to be the divorce trial to end all divorce trials. Of course, I think that is the mantra of the Kardashian Klan…go big or go home, right? Or is it go to your big home? Either way. It’s shaping up to be quite the legal battle. I don’t know about y’all but I am crossing my fingers for a televised trial.
The latest news is pretty hilarious if you ask me. Apparently, according to RadarOnline.com, Kris’ legal team never had any plans to bring up the fact that Kim moved on so quickly with Kanye West. Now I don’t know the laws in California (so someone please help me out in the comments section), but I find that hard to believe. If it were the state where I live, Kim would be flat out cheating on him as their divorce isn’t final yet. How could you not bring that up in your legal argument?

Well, now Kris’ lawyers are absolutely going to speaking with Mr. West. Why the change of heart? It seems that Team Humphries isn’t too happy that Kim’s camp has subpoenaed Myla Sinanaj, the New York City hotel employee who wasn’t too happy to hear that what she assumed was a serious relationship was nothing more than a booty call for Kris. Bruised ego, party of one. Of course, this is the same woman who Kris is enlisting the FBI to investigate, alleging she tried to extort him out of millions in exchange for not leaking details to the press about their relationship booty call. You know what they say about a woman scorned! So it seems that Kanye only has his lady love’s legal team to blame for getting the retaliation subpoena.
“The gloves are clearly off now,” a source tells the site.
“Kris lawyer, Lee Hutton, has no choice but to depose Kim’s new boyfriend, Kanye West. Kim has publicly said that she and Kanye have been friends for years, and Kris’ lawyers want to know if the two were ever intimate before they went public with their relationship a few months ago. Kris has no reason to believe that Kim was unfaithful to him during their very short marriage. Of particular interest to Team Humphries is Kanye’s involvement in the Kardashian reality shows as he appeared on an episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York. Kris lawyers will delve into if Kanye’s appearance on the show, and what his involvement in the shows are going forward. Kris believes that Kim felt tremendous pressure to get married to him on camera, and this goes to the heart of his claim that the marriage is fraudulent,” the insider continues.
“Both parties mutually agreed that it wasn’t necessary to have Kim and Kris’ deposition filmed,” the source explains. “There will be a private stenographer present that will provide a transcript of the proceedings. There was concern about the depositions being filmed and then getting leaked to the media. To ensure that won’t happen everyone recognized and agreed to not have proceedings filmed. However, Kris’ lawyer, Lee Hutton has told Laura Wasser that they absolutely intend to ask that cameras be permitted in the courtroom when this divorce goes to trial.” Cameras! Cameras! Cameras! Chant it with me, y’all!
From the silly to the absolutely ridiculous, there is some buzz that Myla claims in her depositions that Kris told her some crazy stuff. The latest? Kris Jenner is the mastermind behind Kim’s sex tape with Ray J, even making the couple reshoot it because Kim didn’t look good enough the first go-round. I guess urine has that effect. Ewwww. Clearly this girl is either lying in her deposition because she hates Kris Humphries so much, or Kris is a lot dumber than he looks (and that’s pretty flipping dumb) for making up this gross little gem. I don’t put much past Kris Jenner in terms of pimping out her daughters for fame, but really? You are going to tell me that this woman was able to foresee that her virtually unknown (at the time) daughter’s sex tape with a virtually unknown sibling to a pop star would catapult her into the famewhore she is today? If this IS true, we’re all in a heap of trouble because it means Kris Jenner is a diabolical genius with the ability to predict future events. Yikes!
When asked about this allegation, Khloe Kardashian tells TMZ, “That is just disgusting and disturbing, and probably HIS fantasy!” Well, that’s a far cry from the “nice guy” she was defending days earlier when asked about his extortion claims.
