Were Cameras Rolling When Teresa Giudice Told Her Girls About Her Legal Issues?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice is no stranger to the Twitter rumor mill. And she gives it plenty to work with. Whether she is flipping tables, fighting with her brother or questioning her husband's loyalty, Teresa has always let Bravo's cameras roll to show the good, the bad and the ugly. (Remember when she was called the c-word by her husband at the vineyard??)

This time the Twitterverse is questioning how the mother of four told her daughters about her legal issues. My question is, did she really need to tell them? Do they have access to the internet? I think you may live under a rock if you have not heard she and her husband are facing jail time.

Teresa and Joe Giudice each pled guilty to a variety of fraud charges on March 4. Their lawyers are still working out the terms of their plea deals, with both of them facing possible jail time. Teresa is hoping that the judge goes easy on her, perhaps allowing her to serve her time under house arrest, so she can be at home with her girls. Joe Giudice will probably serve jail time and could even be deported.

But there is some good news for Teresa. Her legal coach recently spoke to RumorFix and squashed the rumors that she was filmed telling her daughters about possibly going to jail.

“That’s not true. Teresa is a mom and no matter what show she’s on, she’s not going to do something private in that forum if it’s not best for them.” Wendy Feldman told RumorFix

Wendy confirms taping of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has just finished and she adds, “Bravo and the production company treated this with respect.” She says it was “a collaborative effort. We were able to preserve things we needed to preserve.”

She reveals, “They don’t want their Number One star not to be available.”

Number One star?? Perhaps now that Caroline Manzo has jumped ship for her own show.
